Just went in for a quick cup of coffee. Sat for a bit and left. Good coffee.
I wish I could give it less than one star.
This crew works their butts off from open till close multi tasking store and mobile apps. They are the only dunks that makes an iced caramel craze on point. Everyone is so friendly and such a team effort. They get extremely busy at times but if your human have a little patience I have a severely autistic child patience is my middle name and so waiting somedays when their is a rush I just appreciate that these folks showed up and are doing their best. Be kind the coffee is well worth it.
What's with the greater Boston area not having a drive thru?
Food is OK and usually the people they are working there are great.. Today though, the woman cooking brought up an order but only said part of the number number. I then proceeded to ask her which order it was and she says I can't hear you.. You would believe that she would try to make an attempt to hear me but instead of that she continued to do what she was doing and ignored me.
The worst Dunkin’. I came almost daily because it’s the closest, started only doing mobile orders because of the attitude of some of the workers wasn’t worth talking to them. Mobile orders are hardly ever ready or will be missing things. I was waiting for my mobile order in the store for a while when an employee asked another why I was just standing there loud enough for me to hear, they could’ve asked me I mean I’m standing at the mobile pickup spot. There’s always an excuse as to why it’s not ready. “Some one else must have taken it” this and that when I can see the slip still in the machine they just never did it.
Ask him for a bottle call Nicolas San Vicente don’t do it that way and then when I asked for a blueberry muffin toasted with butter he said he put butter on the side when I ask why reply was because somebody said banking before for the butter in the food which is make no sense
Great coffee and service.
Let me draw my day for you. Rainy day, Its hot and Im parched. I stop by at this dunkin donut. Line is long, and the crew is working fast to get the drinks going. I had to choose wether to stay in the store and stay dry or go through the drive through, I decided to stay in. I really wanted the Pumpkin spice, but couldn't think exactly latte, coffee or cold brew. I had to go against my gut and I took a macha latte with red bubbles. The drink was cold and refreshing, along my avocado toast. Didn't enjoy the avocado but the seasoning and the company around made it worth it. I took a seat near the window and enjoyed the rain. Thats why I love dunkin, It just makes a gloomy day into a beautiful day
So friendly!
