Orders are always wrong, bad quality of food and bad customer service!! The donuts seem old, coolatas are watered down and stuffed mini bagels comes frozen!
Poor service, items were out of stock in the store and not updated on the app and was available on app to purchase. They were unapologetic and had no solution to offer. They were very snarky in their response and quick to dismiss me. Poor customer service is a major issue here and it can result In the loss of credibility in a business.
Its only fair to say that Dunkin is not anything special in fact the coffee is just ok food is hit or miss .bad service can destroy a business this location is doomed to succeed.
