The guy at the front with the braids (who looks like jail is his second home) is a low life who likes to argue with women and get in customer's faces. and the chubby girl working at the register please learn how to manage your attitude and don't get fired you know you need this job.
All I did was ask a question. The attitude I received absolutely baffled me. As someone who worked in customer service for years, even if you are having a bad day, you don't take it out on the customers. The young girl working the front either needs more training or a attitude adjustment. I'm leaning towards the second one. What a joke.

I always stop at Dunks when I'm shopping. The coffee is always good, but there is usually a long line.
There is a sign, that shows $1.99 any medium latte or macchiato after 12:00 pm. I got two ice lattes around 1:00 pm. When I checked the receipt, I saw that I paid $6.58 for two ice lattes. When I asked the cashier "ice latte is $1.99" she said it works with Dunkin app! what???? I checked the sing one more time, I didn't see any notice the price is available with Dunkin app. Anyway I said I have app. She said only I am sorry. She never want to refund to money back. When she sold it, that is it. Never buy anything from there because of wrong advertisement. Be careful when you are buying something from this store.
Dina Singh sounds like a disgruntled employee who got fired because they couldn't make a decent cup of coffee. To think about it I've never been to any Dunkin Donuts that was like that in this area. People need to realize that at the mall especially Dunkin Donuts you get busy as all hell. they slave all day taking our orders and end up getting people like this woman who's being inconsiderate.
Hard to go wrong with Dunkin. My personal fav coffee. No complaints as I love this stuff. Reason to stop when you're in the mall.
This DD is AWFUL!!!!!!!!! Normaly, it has kind workers and good service. However, the service today was horrible! So I'm waiting in line for five minutes when there's no one in front of me because there's no one at the register! Ok, and then I get my iced coffee and taste it. It tastes like 90% water 10% actual coffee, and when I go back to DD, saying that's its really watery,The girl responds to me that "then what do you want us to do about it!". I want you to fix and remake it obviously! Its just an iced coffee and she didn't even have a line of people to assist. Its better off to get something from the dunkin donuts near route 1 than the one in this mall!
I needed to get online and this Dunkin Donuts provided that along with some good oatmeal for breakfast. Downside: the iced tea tastes like it was made by people who don't know iced tea.
My sister in law and I went into Dunkin Donuts to get breakfast for the entire family. The girl seemed a little disheveled and confused. She messed up our order three times before checking us out. Then when we went to collect our food, she forgot to add two donuts onto our order and we had to pay again, separately. Finally, when we got our order and went back to the house, we noticed we had bagel twists missing. I would probably not visit this Dunkin Donuts again. My sister in law mentioned that this isnt the only Dunkin Donuts with a problem. We purposely went to the DD outside of Revere because the one near her house always messes up her coffee and forgets to give her some of her food items. I love DD and spend most of my mornings getting breakfast down the street from my home but I guess, on our monthly trips to Boston, we will be looking into other breakfast food joints.
