The one on RT 1 Saugus is the best. We all have our favorite one
This location used to be the best. Since a new owner took over it has been horrible. They have consistently run out of product (like large plastic cups, straws, donuts, etc), or they don't have the product needed to make certain pre-ordered items like a latte. The order still goes through so it's a big waste of time travelling there, to get a refund, then to have to place an order at another location. Many regular staff members also seem to have left this location and I can only guess it's due to issues they had there as well.
Ordered a brown sugar latte which comes with Oat Milk. The tender asked do I want milk. I said now it comes with Oat milk she say oh well we can make the order like we want so we have to ask. But its says Oat milk.I want Oat Milk she put milk in it on purpose. Now if I was with my daughter who is allergic to Cow milk this would be a big problem she deliberately put it in with milk. Sound like she was asleep and could not be bothered to take an order seriously they should fire her.
Drive thru super narrow, be careful with your car! This Dunkin is fast and I've never had a mistake on an order!
Wednesday November 3, 2021 1:50pmI used to love this location but now it's a hit or miss...sometimes I get a great coffee and sometimes I don't...lately I don't. I get an iced cappuccino...its supposed to be put in the blender so the ice is crushed. I just pulled over after leaving the drive-thru to write this review...I didn't want to write this but my iced cappuccino has been wrong too many times. I asked the girl at the window to put my iced cappuccino in the blender and she argued with me that it was....clearly it wasn't because the ice isn't crushed. She didn't blend it for me. Pretty sad that your employee is arguing with a customer. I'm paying almost $5 for a large iced cappuccino...I want it made the way its SUPPOSED to be made.. I'm not asking for anything special...just the way it's supposed to be. Isn't everyone trained the same way on how to make all the different coffee and espresso drinks on your menu?☆☆ I attached a few pictures....those are definitely whole ice cubes! Clearly it wasn't blended!

Omg had to wait almost fifteen min at drive thru. RIDICULOUS
I give this place five stars for a couple of reasons they've added a new machine to order at that allows two cars to order at the same time which I find makes the orders and the line of cars go by quicker they also have that order by internet and pick up, and their customer service is great and and pretty quick to get you in and out so you're not waiting in line for so longOut of all of the ones in Saugus this would be my number 1️⃣ don't get me wrong the other dunks in Saugus are good as well can I go to them too just depending on what direction I'm driving ?
