Very nice and friendly employees!! They made my iced cappuccino perfectly! And, this location was very clean...no napkins or straw wrappers on the counter or floor. Definitely recommend this Dunks!

Manager quite hostile with my presence in the store while I was waiting to use the restroom, I had my coffee in hand. "You can stay there more than 10 minutes", she said just out of the blue. I explained I was waiting to use the restroom and she repeated "10 minutes only, and I am counting". I was embarrassed, there were customers in the store. The weather was bad, it was really cold to wait outside... Believe it or not, it was my second time in the store ever since I moved to Saugus. I won't show up again.
