This is by far the best Chinese food around. I've tried a lot of different types, but this is the best. Also the owner is extremely nice to all of his customers. I would highly recommend this place to everyone.
The most horrible ? food ever. It didn’t have good taste and the rice too greasy. I order Orange Chicken and it was a fried ball made with flour with taste of chicken and the sauce didn’t even taste like orange. The beef chow mein really don’t think it was beef it didn’t look at ALL like beef I don’t know what kind of meat it was, it was a total waist and I couldn’t eat it. Please people don’t order food from this place.
Never ordering from here again I placed an order at 6:30 pm someone else where I’m at places an order 30-45 minutes after and I have to wait for their food to be done to get mine because “that’s how they do it”. The woman answering the phones is very rude and unprofessional Chinese food place or not have someRespect for a paying customer.
Good, fast food Chinese is hard to find in Saugus. Dragon Island does trick. Without having to spend a bunch of money at the second best place Kowloon which will be closing soon I heard. Dragon Island is the spot if you don't want drive out of Saugus area.
Albert has been at this for over 30 years he knows food and with ample portions and savory spices you will not be disappointed

This place is shady. I ordered two combo plates on UberEats which ended up to be about $30. After the order went through, they tried to alter the total to $40 for no explicable reason. I immediately canceled when they did this, and they tried to charge a cancellation fee of the original price. I doubt it's the first time this place has done it.Also everything inside the place is filthy and unsanitary. They leave bags of trash right next to the tables. They have disgusting candy dispensers that you can see mold growing. How this place passes health inspections is a mystery.
Even with the crowds waiting on NY Eve everything was handled with ease .. and the food was delicious
