Excellent service and the cookies are amazing. Convenient opening at 8am so I was able to pick up before work.
the workers there are so sweet and are so friendly! the packaging of the cookies are so cute, I love the pink! i got the milk chocolate chip cookie which was absolutely delicious, maybe one of the best cookies I’ve ever had! i also got the salted caramel cheesecake cookie which was also so good, second favorite. I then got the peanut butter bar which was pretty good, the cookie was great, not over powering, but I feel as coming from someone who also bakes, it would’ve been nice if the frosting was more “peanut-buttery”, and if it was, i couldn’t really tell. I lastly got the pecan pie cookie which was good, not my favorite, the cookie part is nice, and the pecan part tastes good! nothing bad about it…however my biggest critique would be the PRICE. Like 4 cookies for like 16? Plus a tip? So $20! I probably won’t ever get Crumbl Cookie again because it’s just not worth it. Especially for such a large corporation, it’s really over priced.
The cookies are not cheap, but each cookie can be cut into bite size pieces, and enjoyed over a few days. We cut them into 6 or 8 pieces, and enjoyed them as slices. They are served warm, and the tops of each cookie isn’t added until they box them up for you, making them incredibly fresh! They have 5 new cookies each week, and there is definitely something there to satisfy anyones sweet tooth. I can only compare them to Insomnia Cookies in Boston, but dare I say it….. these cookies are better! They are bigger, and Crumbl definitely has more creative unique cookie options.Definitely worth checking them out, the customer service was wonderful & the 2 girls working answered all my questions & knew their product!
Some of the most delicious cookies over ever eaten! The lemon, Oreo, carrot cake, chocolate chip, chocolate peanut butter, to name are few are incredible!
If you BOUT DAT COOKIE LIFE, this is the place for you. Let me tell ya though, they don’t GIVE EM AWAY….. but they’re a treat well worth the price. The boys got sugar and chocolate chip respectfully….. me and wifey got Reese’s Puff and CinnamonToastCrunch. The woman behind the counter was super patient and friendly, we’ll be back……
I came across this place after a long work day and decided to give it a try. Well... That might have been a mistake, because their cookies are way too delicious! I will definitely be coming back for more. The birthday cake flavor was delicious and not as sweet as I had expected (which is a good thing) and the chocolate chip cookie was perfect. Cute box and friendly staff.
OMG best cookies ever, for a treat, for a gift for everything very tasty and they are huge! Personal is very friendly and they greet you when you enter!, a must try although price might be a bit on the expensive side
