Quick lunch here this week. Decent sized bowl but half the staff, including those making the food, didn’t have masks. I know it’s not required anymore but if you’re making food then I think it should be encouraged.They weren’t fast nor overly slow. They weren’t friendly nor overly rude. Just a solid 3 stars. I did get stomach issues after this so there’s that.
I don’t know what this is but I can’t even bite it. Smallest portion I have ever received at any Chipotle. Never ordering again from here.
One of the worst possible Chipotle locations I've been to. Can't even describe the look of the store it was in disarray, the employees are all nose out masked up, whispering over music that's too loud. 5 other Chipotle's in driving distance from here that are far better, except for Lynnfield which is somehow worse for ware then this location. Would give zero stars if possible.
Firstly, I don’t write reviews. So you know this is BAD. The white rice tasted like stale weed/cigarette smoke, NASTY. Like cmon. Whoever made the rice definitely smoked before work out outside on their break. Every time I’ve gone to this location I’m standing there waiting for 5+ minutes for someone to cash me out. Once my unrolled burrito sat on the line for 5 minutes because everyone was so slow. Literally the sloths at the DMV from Zootopia. And I used to work at a chipotle. The state of this store would never fly with my manager. Absolutely disgusting.
Quite possibly the worst chipotle location in the US - no exaggeration. They randomly close early or on random days, the staff don’t give a you know what. I’ve never put in a mobile order and gotten it on time. The inside is always gross with food everywhere. It comes down to poor management and the staff not caring. Simple as that. Chipotle corporate needs to see this for themselves they would be appalled I am sure. Avoid this place if you can. Go to Lynnfield it’s much better. Better food there too. They care more.
Careful ordering online. It seems they regularly close early but continue taking online orders and just wait for you to drive all the way to the location to find out they aren't making it.
I placed my order for pick up on the chipotle app. Selected a time for my food to be ready got there 5 mins after the time I selected and my order was stil not ready. Had to wait in the restaurant for another 25 mins before it came out. The quality was so bad… chicken had so much fat in it and didn’t taste fresh at all. The place is filthy with food all over the counters and trash on the floor. This location has went downhill in every way. Staff is not friendly at all.
Deserves lower that a one star, This is the third time IN A ROW that i ordered, got to the store, and it was closed. The first time it happened there were still people in the store, i walked in thinking my pickup was ready and some random worker stopped me as i’m going in very rudely and said “the store is closed”. I said i’m here for a pickup, and he said once again “the store is closed”. After realizing that he wasn’t listening since he had his airpods in i ignored him and walked towards the pickup counter where my order wasn’t found. I asked the clerk at the cash register and i got ignored. I had to raise my voice to get someone’s attention because all these people were wearing headphones or airpods. Once again, a different employee asked me what was wrong, i said my orders not here it had been placed 20 minutes ago, once again he said the store is closed. Don’t go here, the staff is 1/10, clearly the store isn’t open until close time, and even when they’re open they mess up orders like it’s their job. Never coming here again, I’d rather drive to melrose to get chipotle then go here for this trash. The worst part of it is you’ll place the order on the app, drive all the way to chipotle, just to get out of your car and see a sign on the door that says closed. Amazing Business Ran by an Amazing Manager ! This chipotle needs to be gutted of staff and managers.
They always overcharge because the employees there literally do not know how to communicate or even understand the prices of their own work environment. Almost got charged 13 dollars for a veggie burrito because this man thought guac was extra for a veggie burrito. And everytime i go there i get charged for meat even tho i’m literally vegetarian. And when they put stuff on ur burrito they literally put a tiny glob of each thing. never going here again i’m all set
