i was craving a chicken fajita quesadilla, Only reason i chose this place today because there extremely good. Instead i got a steak fajita quesadilla instead. I do not eat red meat and cannot even trust them for another order of food. on top i felt like they did not drain the dish they threw it right onto the container and the food waas soaked in oil and soggy and they are only 2 minutes away from my work. Atleast let it drain before transfering to the container..
Food is excellent !! Service is unmatched. Love the mariachi. Wonderful vibes. Will most definitely be returning, might make this my go to every other friday.

This place used to have freshly prepared food. Not the case any more. ordered the combo fajitas and it was at the table in two minutes flat. Beef and chicken was dried out and over cooked. It was rather obvious that this dish was cooked ahead of time and re-heated when we ordered it.
My wife and I had a terrible experience at the Saugus location on Sunday night. I never complain or leave negative reviews, I used to work in the restaurant industry in the past and I understand that busy nights can be hectic. Serving uncooked raw chicken on Fajita Quesadilla in not part of Authentic Mexican Cuisine. I informed the server but he was very indifferent, not even a sorry. As I understood I was talking to a wall, we packed the food and left very disappointed.
In my opinion if you think and not just go for it think about it, my waitress took forever to just get salt, tortillas, sauce, etc (one thing at the time) other thing people say good prices but no they put $86.10 for 5 things which isn’t that much and they put those 5 things so expensive which is ridiculous and no I’m not a karen?! Because people just think it’s fine it’s great but no think about it!!! Like the food was cold and they made fries soggy and plain so that’s my opinion and deal with it if you can’t handle them deal with it.
The staff here were extremely friendly, including the manager who checked in on patrons. Unfortunately, though, the food was underwhelming. I stopped here for lunch while my car was being serviced at TFT next door. It had been a while since I ate Mexican so was looking forward to it. I ordered chicken tacos, which came with green rice, black beans, and a side salad. They also provide a complimentary basket of tortillas and side of salsa and refried beans. To start, the soda was flat (they corrected it) and the chips were cold - wasn’t a warm fresh batch like I’ve had at other restaurants. The entree was brought out pretty quickly, which was nice, but it was very bland. I tried enhancing it with the hot sauce and salsa - It helped a little but not enough. It seems others have had a different experience so maybe the cook was having a bad day when I was there ??♀️ While I greatly appreciate the quick and kind service, sadly, I won’t be returning and can’t say I’d recommend it.
