Unfortunately they were understafed . because people today don't want to work . Food was up to quality unfortunately very slow service . I would give them a 5 star but unfortunately I'm impatient . Honestly that's the only reason we go to these places . Fast food and keep the kids quiet . lol
What can I say. Burgerking is burger King there all the same. Take your money and get your order wrong
I went through the drive through at this address 1449 Broadway St, Saugus, MA 01906. I ordered 2 fries but they didn't give me a receipt, I found that strange a d it turns out they charged my card $9.82. The date is 01/27/2022 I understand it's not a lot of money right but it's dishonest and just disappointing
The lady at the front and takes drive thru orders gave me the most rude look ever. I didn’t do anything and waited in line and she saw me and gave me such a nasty look then took my order. She shouldn’t look at customers like that. Super rude.
Good place for go to eat
Just went here, they messed up my food so I waited at the window for a few minutes then I see a girl who works there make herself a shake & take a sip & walk away ignoring me as well as an other worker there had also been ignoring me. I then went inside just to get the food I had ordered & the same girl fixed my order so she couldn’t of been on break. I’ve never had something so openly rude happen to me like that in a fast food place before.
This is the best Burger King I’ve ever been to! Food was delicious and very fresh. Staff was nice, too.
Pam is polite and courteous. When I jumbled my order and reset, unlike many she did not have a attitude and was extremely pleasant. The cashier was also pleasant and the order was prepared in a timely manner!
Got my order right the first time and it was fresh!
