I usually love Boston Market. My Mother started buying it on Thanksgiving one year she became ill. And now years later I still think it is better a dinner than I could prepare, the money is very fair, and it's an annual tradition.But I've been having the most odd experience for the past few weeks. I purchased a Prime Rib dinner Christmas Eve. When I went to go get it at the appropriate time the store was closed!?It's now been almost a month and I am still chasing my refund!? I've written to the store manager, with the Confirmation number I received on the website the night I order; 7-8 times now, on 12/27, 1/5, 1/12, 1/13, and today is 1/19.For the first week or so I didn't hear anything. Then I was asked to submit the confirmation email. And now it's been another week since I did. But like I said I'd provided the proper confirmation number already. Waiting a month to get a refund is ridiculous! Needing to request the refund over a handful of times is also ludacris! The fact that I was even sold a dinner to a restaurant that was closed is just crazy!1/30 Update - Still no refund and no response to last weeks messages. nor this Review! Demoting this Review by another Star!
This location used to be so much better when it came to the quality of the food. Chicken was somehow flavorless and bland and dry. Should of got gravy on top to help salvage it. Maybe next visit it'll be better.
I have not been to a Boston Chicken for a few years. They seem to have disappeared from the Boston area. I found this one on Route 1 a few weeks ago and have been going back regularly. Not only is the food good, but the workers are very pleasant and know what they're doing. There is a Haitian lady behind the counter who is really a good worker.
I always come to this Boston Market whenever I want me some mashed potatoes and chicken! It's so yummy and the employees are always so nice! I always get my family and friends to order as well whenever they see me eating it :) will be a customer for life!
Ordered Thanksgiving dinner for 4 to 6 people. Cooking instructions were accurate, and amount of food was good, but disappointed with the flavor. Turkey breast was tender but tasted smoked. Stuffing was bland. The creamed spinach or spinach artichoke dip, we couldn't tell, was meh. Mashed potatoes needed to be fluffed with an immersion blender, and we're bland. The dinner rolls were awesome! Gravy was okay but was missing something. Going back to do-it-yourself next year.
Food was ok. Not like it used to be from my past visits. Dinning room could have been cleaned. Had to clean my own table and there was food in the wall
Tonight the chicken was very overcooked, horrible is the best description.
Great experience today (9/9/21). The food was good, I enjoyed my favorite chicken soup so much! All employees were very friendly, efficient, attentive!I will definitely come back.Thank you!
Terrible customer service. I ordered online for pick up and when I got there I was told my order got cancelled because they didn’t have what I ordered. I was told I would get my money refunded just to find out later I still got charged. I’ve tried calling them and just now on 10/4 at 6:40 pm, this very rude young girl hung up on me when I tried to tell her what was going on. I called right back and somehow I got connected to the same line and I could hear her cursing to someone about me. For some reason I could hear the line still ringing on their phone and then I heard her say “this woman keeps calling” and then she hung up on me again. Of course when I tried calling again it would ring once and then disconnect so I assume she’s still ignoring my call. She’s super ignorant and shouldn’t be working at a place where you have to deal with customers. Terrible experience I would never go back to that location.
