Me and my family have been coming to this restaurant for over 10 years, but unfortunately I will not be coming back. The menu used to be 3 pages of different choices, but now it is one small piece of paper with only around 4 choices in each section. I understand that in the last couple of years it made it hard on this place, but now it should be trying to return to what it once was. The food portions also shrunk an incredible amount, and the prices shot up even more (over $5 in some cases)! The food also just does not taste the same, as if it's prepared earlier on in the day. Overall this place has simply fallen through the cracks.

This restaurant is a interesting fusion of Cajun and Tex-Mex. The mashup of flavors is just OK. Portions are big and the service is great.

The margaritas are alway good here. The chips are hot and you can have as much as you want. We always get a side of chopped cilantro to make the salsa more authentic. The food here has always been good. The service is excellent. We have been coming here for over a decade. Please bring back the crawfish etouffee and the blackened chicken caesar salad. ?

me and my family have come here year after year (this is my dad’s favorite place btw) and has yet to disappoint us! Me and my mom always lean towards the border chopped salad, tostada grande, fajitas or the quesadilla while my brother and dad always stick to the beef/chicken burros. Totally awesome, even with covid lessening the food quality in many other local restaurants. If you are in the area, go for it! You will not be disappointed!!!! :)

Extremely disappointed in last evenings visit to the Saugus restaurant Still no full menu. Managers Still pushing the company line about staffing issues. No other restaurant on Rt. 1 is saying this. Keep the menu small bigger profits. 30 plus yr customer EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED.

This photo is from 2015. When they had a full menu. Since the whole pandemic, it’s been cut to half of the items available. We used to visit constantly and now it’s been months. They even cut from the menu their amazing corn bread. How is corn in food shortage? This is the only restaurant that implemented a limited menu and never brought the whole menu back. Locations still get full. I get it. Profit.

Lively atmosphere, fast, accurate service. Portions were perfect- not too little, maybe slightly expensive for the area but by NYC standards fairly priced. Flavors of various things tried weren’t amazing but pretty good.

The chips and salsa were good. We ordered a steak fajitas and a chicken fajitas. One with white rice and one with the Jose rice and beans. There fajitas do not come with peppers only onions. They were both flavored very badly. We didn't even eat them. We ask for a box for the cheese, that was good and everything else we left. My daughter eats everything and she would not eat any of the food after trying everything. We will not be back.

It borders so it a chain ya know⛓. So food is average as far as imagination but its tasty food. Our server however was on top of it all meal she did a great job. happiness is warm plate of black bean and corn Empanadas

Overall just okay experience. I went with a small group and the service was terrible. Our table was served and they brought over dishes we did not order, and then another person and I did not get our food for a good 10 minutes after the rest of our table was served. The food was decent but service definitely lacking. Maybe I’d go back on a quieter night.
