Absolutely delicious breakfast food and hot/cold drink selection. Great vibe, staff are friendly, it's clean and reasonably priced. What more could you ask for?I had a Matcha latte with oat milk which was delicious.

I know every breakfast sandwich review on here says the eggs are fluffy, but the people do not lie. Breakfast sandwiches were out of this world delicious!!! We got 2 with cheddar and I had the impossible sausage on mine instead of bacon. Such a delicious, hot (super hot - it's the best on a cold morning) sandwich. We also got the bees knees drink (4 shots of espresso- wow), cows on strike (vegan coffee that tasted sweet like marshmallows), and the candy bar latte (yummy!!). Would definitely recommend - it's our go to coffee stop here in Salem. Starbucks is sad compared to this place.

Lovely and very friendly staff. Pretty good sandwiches. And as much as I wanted to like it because the staff is so nice, unfortunately, the coffee was absolutely terrible - I mean, they use very dark roasted beans and pull a long shot with them, so it has overpoweringly strong bitter roasty taste. I know some people like it, but I had to throw it away and find a different coffee shop.

Love this place! It's take out only and close to some great little places to drink coffee by the wharf

Good coffee, customer service is definitely questionable. The past couple of times I've been in, the employees seem bothered when ordering.

We moved away from the neighborhood and I miss waking up and stumbling into this place for coffee. Love the food and vibes.

Nice little laid back coffee and tea shop.

Great shop! Super nice people, excellent drinks, and reasonable prices.

It seems as though the staff needs to update their system for taking orders as well as brush up on customer service skills for when they get busy. I had been waiting for awhile for a breakfast sandwich to come out and decided to check in on the status after multiple customers who came in after me received their food. The woman making the sandwiches asserted that my order had already gone out. I told her I did not receive it, and she continued to repeat that it had already gone out and that someone else must have taken it. Not once did I hear my name called. Evidently the sticky-note ordering system isn't all that efficient since there seemed to be quite a few other issues keeping things straight behind the counter. After continued back and forth with her not believing that I didn't get my food, she asks me what it was and started making it. She angrily slapped together an egg and cheese (literally just threw an already-made egg and cold slices of cheese on an english muffin and threw it in some aluminum foil and tossed it on the counter) and said "here you go." I didn't have the time or energy to argue any further as my friends had already finished their food outside. I walked away in complete disbelief. It's unfortunate to have to call out small businesses and tarnish their reputation but I won't excuse unacceptable customer service. As someone who knows what it's like to work in mad rushes in a counter-service restaurant, I get it, it's stressful, but there's never a reason to treat a customer this way. It costs $0 to be kind and respectful. Had she owned up to her mistake and apologized, I wouldn't be writing this. Do better.

Loved the gluten free vegan sandwich for breakfast! Was very pleased to find that option available! The zoom meeting coffee and the cows on strike coffee were by far the best I've had in a long time! Staff was pleasant as can be!
