Staff was screaming and arguing with each other and it was a mess in the store waited almost an hour for my food very unpleasant and unprofessional experience
We had a large order so I give slack for that. But they messed my drinks up 3 times and I still didn’t get the drink I asked for. Didn’t give us the sauces we asked for and did not give enough straws for all 5 of us.Tried to give you guys another try with just myself and my daughter. Your employees are very rude. Not allowing me to finish my order and yelling at me while trying to order. Teach some manners and decent human kindness.
My granddaughter loves the children's cheese burger meal. I get the classic chicken sandwich with cheese. The food is always fresh.
Good food. Great customer service.., about 10 minute after ordering foods hot & never luke warm or cold!!. Good prices. My opinion Wendys is a good place to get a quick bite and is whailchair accesable Overall if you're looking to get a quick bite to eat. You're in luck!!
On this visit 4/22.. Tripple Was warm..not hot.. and beef patties was dry an over cooked, burnt.. what they " Chili Meat", was served as a Sandwich..not good .. Generally staff get it right.. I think I would make staff eat what they make.. no cost employee meals.. I dont think they would have eatin that sandwich.. let alone be happy with spending neary $40 in drive thru.. to get poor quality food preparation.. ROOM TO IMPROVE AT THIS STORE.. DOWNTOWN SALEM, MA..
Went through late at night after visiting the town. Blue at the drive thru window was super friendly! Best Wendy's experience we have had.

My sin ordered a #7 came with small fries and small coke n LARGE PRICE TAG. FROM WHAT I COULD SEE, NOT A CLEAN PLACE ESPECIALLY A FOOD BUSINESS. NEVER THERE AGAIN. I DIDNT SAY NO WENDYS. BUT THATS ONE THATS A LOST CAUSE.. at $12.00 we didn't t even have enough to get myself a meal. A cancer patient who's in remission but needs to eat 10x a day due to losing over 60pds. Very ?
