Stuck in drive thru, told they were closed after placing order from drive-thru line online. They took our order but continued to tell people they were closed. Confused. This place is very inconsistent with their hours. Managers please acknowledge and fix. At least I got my food. Feel bad for others in line turned away
Placed order on mobile app for in store pickup. There were people eating in lobby inside, but the doors were locked. Worker inside would not let me pick up my ready order or bring it outside to me. She said I had to use the drive thru. The drive thru was backed up and didn’t have time. The app wouldn’t let me cancel so now I’m out $15 and no food. Poor customer service!
I haven't been able to get taco bell for months due to them not being to open the lobby to the public. It used to be one of my favorite spots during my lunch break, I guess they'll never get my business again. Never coming back here ever again
Don't get how the dining room hasn't been opened and the pandemic has been over for how long? Not to mention this store decides to close whenever it feels like with drive thru lines going out to highland Ave don't know how its maintaining with people being unable to get their orders muchless and door dashers or uber eats/app delivers get it together guys
This, Salem, MA, as well as the the Danvers, MA location, open and close whenever they want and when open, both are PAINFULLY slow. I wonder if they know they’re a “fast food” restaurant?”Came to this location, Salem, MA, about a year ago, sometime in summer of 2021, around 3p, on a Sunday afternoon, and from the handwritten sign on the door found out they were closed.Last time I was actually inside this restaurant, it was filthy. It was so bad I had to leave because the condition of the dining room was making me ill. Tables and chairs either had dried on ketchup and mustard or there was food trays that hadn’t been cleared with empty food and beverage containers on them. The floor was sticky, which tells me someone dropped soda and it never got mopped up and the floor itself looked as though it hadn’t been mopped for weeks. Add to that it was littered with napkins, food and containers throughout the restaurant. I just kept thinking, if the dining room is this dirty, what does the kitchen look like?!?Started using Danvers, MA location after that, and their service was also ridiculously slow but at least they were open. I should say, they were open THAT day.
It's movie worthy the terrible..Can't make up how bad the one by the liberty tree mall really is.. if you haven't had a bad experience at taco bell then please go to this one so you too can have a great story
Drive thru may have a line but it moves quickly. Great location. Love the soft taco supreme!
Unacceptable is a polite term for what I had received as food tonight. Ordered via door dash, a 45 minute wait and this is what I received. To add insult to injury I added extra beef to my items and were charged for the extra, and did not get what I paid for. Gordita ended up going in the trash because there's barely any meat at all on it. Gross.
Yk I don’t really eat at Taco Bell but those 2 red heads that look a little funny in the drive through just keep bringing me back the way they make my Baja blast with care really resonates a warm feeling of bliss within me
Can not say enough great things about Banfield Pet Hospital (Pet Smart) Salem, ma.!!!Staff always shows how concerned they are about your animals!Can not say enough about Merry she is the BEST !!!They all worked together when Dr.Borash decided not to fax over my dogs records , (sorry but not sorry to throw another vet. under the bus), but instead of calling me and letting me deal with it and get upset they just did what they had to do !! At the same time when trying to get my dogs records from Dr.Borash, they were also just trying to save me a lot of money seeing that I had just had all the blood work done at Dr.Borash !!!Awesome team there, I'm sure the other Doctor's are great but I've only ever dealt with Dr.Falk and she is wonderful !!!
