The poppers were a little too hairy for my taste.Our order took forever to get and showed up ice cold.This was our first and last time ordering from here unfortunately.
They refused to deliver to my house even though they delivered here 4 days prior. He made us order through grub hub. They Missed items from our order and when we called he told me I needed to call grub hub there was nothing he could do even though his store is the one who messed up the order. Fries were cold and soggy, chicken was dry. Definitely will not be wasting my money here again.
Poor customer, The cashier was very disrespectful, I was disrespected there, humiliated, treating me to put something note in the system for me to not order there anymore. I was so mad to be treated like that over a misunderstanding. I left the premises looking and feeling stupid I will not put feet in this place again and I will let my friends and family knows
This is a nice cozy restaurant to enjoy a great slice of the pie. I had broccoli & cheese bites and a small ham, black olive & onion pizza. The staff was so friendly and on their game.
I took a bite of my tuna salad and had a wirey piece in my mouth. Low and behold, I pulled this out (pictured). We called to ask for a refund and expressed we were upset and the manager showed no remorse, only making excuses and asking that we show him the salad. We’ve been loyal customers up until this point. We will no longer be ordering from you.Word of advice to management: Show compassion and remorse when something like this happens. People make mistakes but you need to take ownership and right your wrong. This could’ve been a health hazard if swallowed.
So far everything I've ordered is always delicious.. they've been in business for YEARS.. and there are many choices a couple of friends and I agree you could probably eat for a week and not eat the same thing.. including omelette subs.. look at that, even breakfast! Haha
The Pizza Bianca was the greasiest white pizza I have ever had, the photo is the bottom of the box after removing a drenched piece of wax paper... Also, the Melenzane had potential, the breaded eggplant was good and crispy, but "Salem's favourite-sweet sauce" had no flavour so the whole thing was just bland. One good thing is they were very prompt for a busy Saturday night.
The pizza was really good and it taste perfect. I love the flavor they offer. The service was fast and excellent customer service.
Been ordering from salem house for years. Love the baked linguine and sauce. Pizza and salad is great as well. Wouldn't go anywhere else.
I dont know. The pizza was ok but the roast beef sandwich wasnt the best Ive had and they forgot the 2 sodas I ordered. I wouldnt order again unless it was pizza only and I found it to be a little expensive for such a small pizza.
