If you're looking for decent food and service I'd recommend going somewhere else.
Hate to leave bad reviews but unfortunately our meal was not good. Ordered a beet salad with steak tips, a veggie rice bowl and fries. The steak frankly looked like dog food. The salad came with dressing on the side, but there was some sweet syrup all over the beets. Not appealing. The veggie bowl was inedible, covered in a mass of slimey “veggies”. Fries were soggy and cold. Disappointing. The girl on the phone and delivery kid were nice, but the food was bad.
Delivery Drivers DO NOT get one penny of the $3.50, $4.00, & $5.00 Delivery charges. The owners don't let the public know. I have discussed this multiple times in the past and they ignored my requests.
First review I’ve written in my life , worst pizza I’ve ever had ! Got 2 slices of cheese and could barely throw one down . If you like sponge like cardboard pizza this is your spot
Visited my aunts' in Lynn tonight and we decided to order from Rizzo's. This food was delivered fast and the driver was great. The food was hot and prefect and the pizza was really good. I am not from the area but this pizza was freaking awesome and will order again when I'm back. My aunts will also order again. We all agree that this pizza is the best in a long time aka " This pizza is bangin ! "

Disgusting! Salad had chunks of spoiled mozzarella (yes, it was absolutely spoiled) instead of goat cheese. I threw it all out. Will not get food from here ever again.
I never leave reviews but I have never experienced this before. I tried Rizzo’s due to my gluten allergy as they have a gluten free pizza option. Food arrived COMPLETELY dismantled, unedible, burned, and cold. Fries freezing and ripped open as if someone was in them? Appauled, I will stick with North House from now on!!!
Very rude service, I would tell you all never to eat here again. I ordered my food over the phone went to pick it up and it was not done, fine no biggie it was a lunch rush. I waited over 20 mins and then when they did call a order that matched mine and i went to get it. What looked to be the manager or owner got nasty saying "thats not yours" then proceeded to grab my order from the side. Indicating it had already been done. Not sure why they acted this way to a pretty average customer but they lost my business thats for sure.
