Best sub shop in the city! Their Gold Fever sauce is incredible, I add it to my steak bombs whenever I order. Today, I asked them to load mine up and they went above and beyond!!
Ordered food last night Sunday around 8:15 for delivery. We ordered some pasta dinners with extra Garlic Bread because honestly who does not love Garlic Bread with pasta. Once the food came around 9:00 pm we began digging in. When I reach for the Garlic bread I got a musty smell coming from the bread and as soon I took one bite I got an immediate terrible taste in my mouth. I asked my wife to smell it and take a bite of my piece to see if I was crazy. She had to spit the bread out. We got about 4 loafs of Garlic bread all with the same smell and moldy taste. The website stated it closed at 9PM, so my wife said we would call in the morning to discuss the matter with the owner. When we called this morning he said that he would not do anything to help us because we did not call that night to make our complaint. When we told him that stated hours on Google are until 9pm he stated "well we close at 10pm" like we were suppose to just know that they do not have the correct hours listed. Even just the little bite I took made me sick to my stomach. When we called the owner and explained what happened, he immediately call us a liar. Said that no one else complained about the bread that day and we were just wrong to make such a claim. I am now less upset about the bread and more upset with how he spoke to us. The owner was incredibly rude and was not trying to be compassionate. The owner made it out to seem like our experience was impossible to have happened. The tone he took and how dismissive of our comments was completely unnecessary. Honestly keep your bread we will not be coming back to this place ever again. I really hope this comment find its way to the owner and he learns from this experience to just be generally pleasant. We were patrons of your restaurant please treat us with a certain level of human respect. My wife and I are both in the service industry so we understand how the industry works but he was way out of line to just call us liars like he did.
Got mozzarella sticks, steak fries and chicken wings. Steak fries were uncooked, disgusting. Mozzarella sticks tasted like youd get them from the freezer isle in the in dollar store. And the wings were just nasty, greasy trash. Went here few months ago food was good now its just rancid. Please save your money and dont go here… keep driving
I had a miserable experience with this place. Let me preface this with the fact that I have worked in the restaurant industry for 10 years and rarely complain about the food and even more rarely send it back. We ordered $70 worth of delivery from there last night, including quadruple orders of garlic bread. It was made on moldy bread or with rancid butter because it was completely inedible. Like an actual foul taste that lingers on the tongue. This made the rest of the meal unappetizing. And in the morning we woke up with stomach aches. When I called to complain the manager argued with me and told me I was lying about the whole thing. As a restaurant employee I am absolutely appalled on all fronts and I highly recommend you do not go here.
The worst roast beef ever!!!!! sliced so thick, cheap with the sauce on beef and pizza..if you are driving here keep going straight any roast beef place beats this one. And definitely over priced for that service!!!!

This is the first bad review I’ve ever written and it’s because the experience was so bad. Last night we ordered $70 delivery from here, including quadruple orders of garlic bread. When we got our four pieces, we bite into it and both gagged. Either the bread was moldy or the butter was rancid because there was an unnatural bitter nasty taste that lingered on the you tongue and made the rest of the food unappetizing. We woke up in the morning with stomachaches and when I called to complain, the manager told me I was a liar and literally yelled at me on the phone. I have never had just a terrible restaurant experience in my life. I’d highly recommend not going here!

Honestly, this place used to be much better but the quality of the food and service keeps going down, their is always at least 1 problem with the meal and or it is late or they send it to the wrong place. The customers service has also gone down as well they used to be very nice but now they are total jerks. The food prices keep going up but the quality keeps going down. I would spend my money else where if I was anyone reading this review.
Visiting Salem for the first time and stopped in 20 minutes before close to put in an order. They were kind and very accommodating. We had a pepperoni pizza and garlic bread. Hands down the best I’ve had in a while. The person working gave us plates and extra napkins when we mentioned we are staying in an AirBNB. Super chill place. Amazing food. Will miss this pizza when I return to Nashville.
