Their customer service was great. They walked me through their gluten free menu and helped with my decision. I ordered a gluten free chocolate indulgence and a yellow cake with chocolate mousse frosting. They were both delicious and reasonably priced. I highly recommend Lulus bakery! I forgot to take photos ??‍♀️

Saw the large WEST VIRGINIA flag and knew I had to stop in. I was certain they’d have pepperoni rolls and I wasn’t wrong. Friendly atmosphere… great selection… attentive staff and a great menu. Top that all off w representing my state…. It was a win all around.

I loved this bakery. The staff was great, the coffee smelled great and the pastries looked so delicious. I ordered more than I should have but I couldn't stop myself. Look for yourself! Delicious ?

Very polite and friendly service. The baked goods were delicious at a fair price. The gingerbread cookies were great. Worth the visit.

Visiting Salem from out of town and Lulus is one of the few places that has seen repeat visits from us. First time we had desserts from the case and they were delicious and the price was right. Returned this morning thinking I wanted either a BLT or egg sandwich, and lo and behold, they have a BLT breakfast sandwich. Oh also staff are all super kind and cordial.

Five star review down to 2 stars first for finding hair in a pastry. Decided to give them another try, only to get a cold, hard muffin for almost $4.00 early on a Sunday morning. When I asked, the owner said it was fresh but it sure tasted like left overs from the previous day. Nice folks, nice energy and beautiful looking pastries and cakes but I personally prefer fresh food without hair in it, sorry.

Best ham and cheese croissant I’ve ever had. The cookies are huge and delicious. Also tried the coffee cake muffin which had great flavor but was a little dry. Overall I highly recommend this bakery. Will definitely be back.

The breakfast sandwich I got, the bacon, egg, and cheese, was delicious. The biscuits are hearty and delicious! I can only give it four stars, however, because it absolutely fell apart in my to-go box, and not only did I drop some on the floor, I didn't have a fork available for when it no longer resembled a sandwich which made it difficult to finish. But don't get me wrong - the taste was really phenomenal. I can't overstate that enough.

This was a random lunch stop for us as we were exploring Salem. The staff was so nice and the atmosphere just felt so welcoming and homey. It was so bright and clean and all around a great place to stop in and get some refreshments.

Very exciting stuff. Toss up between 4 and 5 stars for following reasons : The prices here are really fair.. almost too low and although I must say the coffee was a bit lackluster the pastries are absolutely bonkers good and quite big. For about 10$ I got a huge raspberry bar and a sizeable macaroon as well as a latte. The latte being a little flat and not as hot as I would have liked but serviceable. Will definitely be stopping in quite a bit to check out the rest of the offerings.
