The food was expensive for what it was. Service was good. The bacon was almost raw. The hashbrowns were good but greasy. But what got me was a glass of tea is $3.29 or $3.49 and no refills. That made me mad!!
I went there to get a good breakfast, but we the server started to scream at us because we stopped by the door to ask someone to wipe down the table. The host come to see what happened and moved we to another table. The new waitress was amazing, and so nice taking our order. I never saw something like that. The restaurant was crowded and I got embarrassed.
There was no one there to greet us and we had to wait for someone to seat us. My mother had to call the establishment to get someone to greet us. The waitress didn’t write down our order and then when she went to put it in she had to come back and double check. When the food came out we were missing multiple things , and the order was incorrect.She was very rude about it when we told her. When we finally got the food it was burnt and not even that warm. Not once did someone ask if we needed a refill. Overall not a good visit.
Their hours online state they are open until 10 pm. On their doors, it says they open at 9 am, and they removed their closing hours. After my family and the family in front of us were seated, a woman came out to scold the gentleman who seated us, stating the kitchen closes at 8:30. Without saying a word to any of us, she made him throw us all out. She then locked the doors the second we stepped out. It's 8:20. On a Saturday. The whole interaction involving the (manager??) felt weird and rude. I have been coming to this location for over 10 years and have never had a poor interaction before this.
IHOP is a good place to go grab some breakfast or lunch with quick service. They are busy almost everytime we go there and they give you a buzzer to wait for a table and usually it's pretty quick, less than 15 min. The last time we went they no longer offer all the different types of syrups. The waitress kept forgetting to bring us our drinks, syrup, butter, she would basically bring one item and forget the other so we would have to wait for her to come by again and by then your food is cold. Maybe she was having a bad day. It won't stop us from going back again!
This place is completely horrible I placed a online order for pick up. The order was place at 9:06 am and was to be ready for pick up at 9:25 am . I arrive my order is not on the online pick up table and no staff is around I finally find someone I think it was the janitor he goes out back and tells me the said a few minutes. I wait 20 mins and finally after again not being able to find any staff I make m way to the kitchen and get berated for not waiting in the lobby it has been 45 mins after placing my order at this point I request my money back only to be berated by the rude staff. I then see my order just sitting on the counter. I told them give it to me or give me my money back finally they give it to me stating they just made it , that was a lie as the food was ice cold from most likely sat for 20 minutes . Another gentleman that was a Uber driver was in the same situation as I was and after 20 min he left canceling the pickup. The staff is very un organized extremely unprofessional. Stay away from this place and definitely Do Not Order Online from them. There should be a option to give zero stars. This place not only wasted 40 minutes of my life but the service was so horrible I had to waste more of my time to warn others of their horrible service.
I put 1 star because there’s no option for no stars the food, we might as well have eaten from a dumpster. The pancakes would have been better if we made them with bisquick, the burger was so greasy it made a puddle on my plate and drenched my bun overall the only good part of our meal was the napkins. The coffee tasted almost burnt, the eggs were cold and had a soap like taste. Honestly your better off getting food from mc Donald’s because at least there your food is hot. I do not recommend this ihop at all.

Food was what you would expect. Service is always a little slow but can't complain. When you go to IHOP you can always get what you expect a decent meal at a decent price.
The food is usually pretty good and service is good as long as they have enough staff to cover all the people coming in and all the delivery orders they receive. Just like every business right now if service is not great is usually because there is a few people running around trying to take care of over 30 customers an hour.
