The best popcorn in the world, hands down. Their vintage popcorn makers were installed over a hundred years ago, so maybe it's a case of "they don't make 'em like they used to", and the result is seriously epic, addictive goodness. As others have pointed out, just check out the obese seagulls and squirrels hanging around nearby, eagerly waiting to swoop in and claim any spilled popcorn in the vicinity. XD
