This dunks always forgets my flavoring in my coffee and I've spoken clear on my order plenty of times and I've been in when no one else was and still got my order messed up
This is the worst dunks around. I live close so I go for convenience I order a LG iced regular they give me hazelnut on many occasions, they don't care about customer service they act like it's your fault they give the wrong coffee,the doors are always locked when you try to walk in, the man who I believe that owns the place screams at you through the intercom with attitude because he just wants you in and out(the guy in the little shorts) then proceeds to tell be its not his fault because there is only two people working and walks away saying things under his breath. He used some dirty cup to scoop ice out to place in someone's order. Do yourself a favor drive down bridge st to the corner of Boston st go to that dunks the girls in there are great the coffee is always on point and your treated ? percent better.
seemingly never have donuts? they also don't tell you when you order through a 3rd party delivery service so you have to jump though hoops for a refund. tried to call today to figure out what was going on and no answer. try not to order from this location if you can help it. a few other people I know have also had issues when ordering here.
Regularly gets my order wrong with incorrect or missing items. Bloodstains on my bag at one point, do not go here.
The best . As kids we would go to the Melrose donut shop. There we would dunk our donuts into tea. Since then Dunkin Donuts.has rewritten the story of donuts.
Rerun or watered down coffee, get the same order evert day and this dunks always gives me a different tasting coffee, toaster is set to light so ask for dark toast if you want something toasted, will be walking into any other dunks as the drive threw isn't worth it

I put in the parking lot and pulled back out you can't tell that there's only drive up service until you actually Park and walk to the door the line was so long in the Drive-Thru then it went all the way out to the road ridiculous
