Had a hair in my food and when I went to return it the worker was upset because It was on the outside of the bag and only repackaged it. Disgusting
I am currently waiting over 25 minutes for my order there was a hair in my friends sandwich i brought is up and they guy yelled. “ just re-wrap it” no make the sandwich again. I got a dirty look when i asked for them to remake it.not worth going there at all
I went in to get a hot medium tea, I was the only customer inside, drive thru had between 5-6 cars. I ordered a medium hot tea, 2 tea bags, milk, and extra sugar. The cup says medium hot tea, 3 milk, 4 sugars, however in the cup was just a tea, no milk, no sugar. If you can't handle it, or don't want to make it, I'm ok with that. Tell me and I would of happily gone to one of the many other coffee shops in the area. I would have brought it back, but I didn't start to drink it till I was at work. I tipped the young man for not getting my order right. Won't make rhat mistake again.
Rude staff and consistently terrible coffee. I gave them another chance today but, again, was disappointed. Coffee went right in the trash.
Some days the staff is really friendly other days they are not. Coffee is usually made how you order it.
If you want you coffee always messed up every single day this is the perfect dunks for you
If I could give 0 stars I would. Unprofessionalism, a snarky attitude, and forgetfulness is abundant here. Never have I had a fully pleasant experience at this location. If you want your order messed up, and a consistently toxic atmosphere I implore you to check it out. Otherwise, stay away. The fact that this location has above 3 stars baffles me.
Took over 30 minutes to get my coffee wrong. Twice. I was charged for hash browns, then told they didnt have any, then told they had some. This is by far the worst Dunkin Donuts I have ever been to and ever will visit in my entire life. Do yourself a favor and collect rainwater rather than come here.
They have always been very pleasant and accommodating to me and my drinks r always right
I have not once gotten the correct order from here. Such a shame because it used to be a great place and the location is convenient
