always awesome customer service

The cashier should consider a different job. She obviously hates her job. Visited on May 7th, 2022. She fillfilled my order half way and started another order and completed 4 new drinks for another customer when all I was missing in my order was the milk and hot water. I asked about the hot water since I had a infant in the car who needed her bottle hot and was fussy. I asked the lady if I can just get the hot water and I could wait on the bottle milk. Instead she started working on preparing someone else new orders who came in after me. She keep me waiting. Wow the lack of empathy. I was first customer in line and my order should have been filled completely. How can you justify this behavior. Unexplained and not professional.. Also, when I walked in the Dunkin' Donuts located in Salem a lady walking out spoke out and said i am out of here i asked if she was ok she said to the lady is to rude. I should have taken her advice. Very unpleasant experience. Maybye the manager can watch the surveillance camera if there is one in the store to determine her actions. This person could use hands on training and multitask in a proper manner.

This location is a great place for using the Dunkin app. Also, I've always found the staff to be friendly and familiar, especially those that have been there for a few years.

So bad. No one was in line but it still took 15 minutes to get help. In the meantime, absolutely no acknowledgement and the barista had filthy hands / dirt under his nails touching utensils and food.

Very slow (due to staffing issues) and said my order three times, and still got it wrong
