The donuts I bought today were fresh and up to par-chocolate/vanilla cream mix, but the price was over the top and I will not go back.$3 for a donut?! They are not some super huge donuts that would make 2 meal. Actually, they are a little on the small side. Too much, won't return for a donut.I do love the cakes for a special occasion.
Just go & get ALL the pastries & baked goods. Seriously. Now the breakfast sandwiches were microwaved which we didn’t realize but the baked goods were to die for. Absolutely recommend!
I am really and truly confused about how a bacon egg and cheese sandwich on a bagel and a large iced coffee can cost $13.50! especially when the coffee is subpar and flavorless; and is that half an egg on the sandwich?? At least the bacon was crisp and the hot sauce had flavor. Too bad as this is a neighborhood joint - and I would like to support non-chain local establishments, but this seems unrealistic...
I've been coming to this coffee shop since I was 4 years old with my mom and my siblings. We would always get chocolate frosted donuts with Jimmy's and I still enjoy them today as an adult. They have other delicious desserts and some great smoothies. I personally get the honey bee latte iced and I love enjoying it along with a donut with my kids.
For a place called "Coffee Time," the coffee is really bad. Not only does it cost more than most premium coffee franchises, it was absolutely tasteless and diluted to the point it is undrinkable. Luckily, plants don't care about that, so I brought it home for them. The doughnuts are also pretty mediocre, but my wife liked her iced Vietnamese coffee. Inside is designed horribly with no space between the display case and front door; people are crammed in by necessity. To their benefit, the staff handle it really well and with tons of patience.
You can feel the deliciousness the minute you walk through the door. Spotlessly clean and sparkling. We went for a key lime pie fix that was fabulous, paired with an iced coffee. SSooo tasty on both counts. My # Constant Companion doubled down with a Boston Creme Donut. Dunkin' can't hold a candle to the taste and quality that is offered here at COFFEE TIME on Bridge St. Neck in Salem.
We love ordering cakes from these guys every chance we get! They do a great job of creating our sometimes strange design ideas. And they taste great too! I would definitely recommend them for your birthday parties or special occasions.
The coffee and espresso is of excellent quality. The baked goods are truly some of the best I've tasted. Can't wait to try the Hot Cuban and also the Pizza. Very impressed by this local gem. Also open late (11pm), as a night owl I appreciate this.
Have to give a shout out to my favorite bakery ever in my hometown or anywhere! I live out of state now but I had my family pick up this beautiful strawberry shortcake for my baby shower yesterday and it was so delicious and a huge hit! So glad I snuck some to take home for later!
