My 10 year old loved this place!!! He had a blast! Bonus that the Fortune Teller distributed Pokemon cards! Also Tetris Tots are a must!

Great experience for my 14 year olds birthday party! Didn’t mind the mix of adults and kids. Very accommodating staff!

The games and $3 in token for kids was great. Our server was Alecia and she didn’t bring us forks or napkins . We had to ask the helpful bartenders most of the time. The bathrooms were disgusting. The drinks were good but only go for games and drinks not food or service

Bit Bar has always been one of my favorite places, but yesterday was the first time I was able to visit their new space. It was incredible! The layout is spacious, the patio is lovely and the food was soooo good.1) Elk Burger.2) Loaded Tetris Tots.3) Pulled Pork Plate.4) Ecto Chaser. Not pictured is the utter bliss on my face when all of this came out to the table. ? Totally recommend! Come for the delicious food and stay for the games (or vice versa).

The food is pretty good. I had the "Loaded Tetris Tots" for an appetizer, which is just Tetris-piece shaped tater tots covered in beer cheese and bacon bits. The cheese is really delicious but it is pretty filling. I got the Margherita pizza for my main meal and it was alright. The mozzarella didn’t stay on very well and the sauce was a bit too sweet for my liking but the bread was nice and crunchy. I also had some of my girlfriend’s fries and I enjoyed them. The drink glasses are pretty small and the food is a bit more expensive than I’d like. The restaurant has a good atmosphere. It’s way better than the old Bit Bar location, with much more space inside and it’s very close to Salem’s downtown, being right on Derby Street. With way more arcade machines, TVs and murals on the wall, and a (mostly) teen/young adult crowd, it feels kind of like being in an 80’s movie. If nerdy culture isn’t your thing, maybe try somewhere else. I didn’t have time to play any games but there’s plenty to choose from for those who do.The service wasn’t too great. The food took a while to come out and the appetizer came out at the same time as the entrees so we had to eat them simultaneously. Once we were done we had to wait a little while more for the waitress to come and give us the check, but she said she was new so I’ll give her the benefit of the doubt. The portable machine she provided to pay with was actually super useful, cuz it calculated the tip for us and we just put our cards in and signed right at the table, which made things go much quicker than the average restaurant.Overall, it’s a pretty good restaurant and I’d go again but there are things that could have been better.

Bit Bar is a place in Salem I always try to bring friends to, it’s a favorite of mine! So the best part is that not only is it such a cool idea for a themed restaurant, and fun to have arcade to play while inside, the STAFF working here has always been amazing. Even before their move to the new location. The bartenders are so fun to watch make the signature cocktails, everyone gets to dress to their personality, and are all unique friendly servers. My friends and I have always enjoyed our bevvs! ^_^ Last time I got to go to bit bar, they had the Hercules Pinball machine, which is one of my favorite pinball machines ever! Thank you all to the owner and staff for all your efforts, and definitely please stay open after pandemic hard times! I would be heartbroken without this places food, drinks, and games.Ps: the only thing I’ve yet to try is their Karaoke night! Which they advertise on social media weekly for. Hopefully soon I can make it!

We just hosted a big, private bar mitzvah party at Bit Bar and it was a HUGE success. The event planning staff is responsive, capable, communicative, and super organized. We were hosting adults and children, some of whom have food allergies and preferences and Bit Bar made something for everyone, way better than traditional bar food. The staff was fun and warm and energetic. I cannot say enough about our experience. Everyone from 4 to 85 years old was thrilled!

We visited here (me, husband, 21 year old son) at 6:00 on a Wednesday. We waited awhile for the server even though there were plenty of empty tables. We ordered nachos and pizza and she said, "we are out of nachos and pizza." We then ordered the pretzels, cheese and mustard and only got the cheese. We ordered sandwiches and fries and they were all very, very good and we enjoyed those a lot. The atmosphere was really great with good music playing, fun retro things playing on the tvs and the sound of air hockey in the background. The server never really took plates away so they just sat there while we finished our beer and wine. We enjoyed the food and the atmosphere.

The chicken in the chicken but with super dry and hard to bite through. The pizza tastes like a high school cafeteria pizza. Pretty disappointing. The food was always great in the old location, I was expecting better at the new spot. Oh, and they were out of half of the items we actually wanted to order. Just kind of a bummer.

The Manager Taz and the bartender Michael we Great! We had so much FUN!
