I planned a party in town that was supposed to include bowling, pizza, and drinks at this establishment. Arrangements were made over the phone about 3 months in advance, which included reserving lanes for our group for part of the evening, and I was charged a deposit for the event on my credit card.Fast forward to the day of the festivities when myself and the others arrive to discover the establishment locked up with a printed sign stating they had decided to temporarily close the alley due to a recent “slowdown of business in the area.” Not only had our group planned to provide “business” to this establishment, I had also not been contacted by anyone from the establishment about this “change.” People in our group, including myself, had flown in from other states to attend this event. I had provided my contact information to Flatbread staff when the reservation was made, and I confirmed that my credit card had been charged by Flatbread for the deposit 3 months prior. The sign on the door even noted that there may have been chance that your event was cancelled without notice, and that we should contact a Georgetown location, which at the time would have been a 40+ minute drive from their Salem location. This establishment left us to have to scramble for very last-minute alternative arrangements for our large group and they were content to charge my credit card while providing none of the promised services. I was unable to speak to anyone directly as they did not answer their phone multiple times when I tried calling. I was eventually able to get into contact with the establishment days after the event over email, and I can confirm that the refund check I eventually received cleared. However, they clearly had no intention of ever contacting me about refunding my deposit and they would have been happy to take my money. I recommend avoiding this establishment and their shady business practices.

Really tasty thin crust pizza. Had 2 pieces left over gave them to our bus driver he said delicious..

Great pizza and beers. We went a little after lunch time, so it wasn’t too crowded. Got seated and served very quickly. They are clearly short staffed, but everyone there was working hard and the food was worth it.

The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, and the flatbread pizzas are excellent. There's plenty of variety in toppings, and they even have vegan-friendly options. The cocktails offered are also delicious, with some amazing seasonal drinks.

Provided good service even on a crazy October Saturday. The food was excellent. Worth the wait.

Service is glacially slow. The manager on duty finally came to wait on us after 30 minutes but then promptly disappeared. Another 15 minutes passed and we had to go find someone to serve us.They wound us shooing is out before we could even get some water because they were so poorly staffed they stopped taking orders at 4 pm.I can't really blame her, though. She's overseeing a gaggle of teenagers, so she's completely overwhelmed. The owners of this restaraunt either can't hold on to a staff or has no idea what it's doing. Maybe both.Protip: Don't come here with a hungry small child unless you like watching them grow frustrated. But there is a gas station with ample water and icee drinks next door. That was pretty good.

The service here was absolutely terrible. We ordered drinks and pizza and our drinks came out after our pizza’s were already finished, we ordered two beers, nothing special. There was a sign that said please be nice we are short staffed, however the staff there seems as though they really don’t want to be there i.e. taking selfie’s and photos in plain sight while there was a line of people out the door waiting to be seated. We witnessed other guests not even being asked their drink order for 25 minutes after they were seated. I am completely understanding of a restaurant being short staffed but when you have staff standing around on their phones that is unacceptable. Not sure who is in charge here since 95% of the staff were just fooling around and not attending to guests. I will never go back to this place and do not recommend, there’s plenty of other establishments in the area to give my business to.

The food was great, the service was terrible. 20 minutes waiting to order, 20 minutes waiting for the check one we finished. Then we even went inside to pay because they definitely forgot.

Service was awful. Sat for 15 minutes. Had to wave a waitress over. Order finally taken 20 minutes later still no drinks. Had to wave a server over again. Told them we would be leaving if we didn't get our stuff and a pizza hasn't been made yet. Saw our drinks being poured from the bar, where left to go flat the sangria special was awful. Pizza finally came out 10 minutes later still no drinks. Then the drinks finally came over, beer was flat. Meanwhile table to two rows down from us had already got waited on got their drinks and their food had come out and they left before we finish eating. Do not recommend visiting.

Great food. As someone who grew up with some of the best pizza on the east coast (snobby personal opinion) the flatbread was great. Right amount of sauce. Good cheese. Spice selection for sauce made it taste delicious. Not too sweet like a boardwalk pizza and not just tomato sauce out of a can as it seems some places outside of NY/NJ do. Flatbread had a good taste. Little different from typical pizza dough but still a welcomed flavor. My fiancée got the vegan option on a gluten free crust with vegan cheese which we believe was Diaya brand. Pizzas were well cooked.
