We have had a few bad experiences picking up food from here. One time all our food was left in the entryway sort of area and there was no indication the food was ready, so our food was bad that time.This time we had very little fries in our food, I for one got Fish and chips, and instead of coleslaw, asked for more fries. and the attached image was how many fries I got. They also gave me almost no tartar sauce. Not to mention my brothers burger also having very little fries. I understand 99 is more of a sit down restaurant but come on.TLDR: Two stars for multiple bad experiences, such as poor food quality due in some cases, lack of ordered food in others. Not a 1 star because it's about a 50/50 on us getting a bad experience currently. but it's been enough to warrant bringing it up.
Food portion was great. Tasted great. Our waitress was the best I had in a long time. Was very friendly and cheerful. Drinks were delicious and worth every penny ?
Good food. Loved the new sweet potato crusted Haddock. Nice change to the menu.
Love the food here it is usually very good and the staff is very helpful and pleasant.
Nothing fancy just good basic comfort food. Seafood is fresh and the chowder is wonderful. But I miss the $9.99 specials

Good employees terrible management. Salem, Mass. Location. Worked there for almost three years. Majority of managers micro manage employees and treat them poorly. Kitchen manager incompetent and General Manager not far behind. Quit after almost three years, because of management. 0⭐️’s as far as management and if you want to patronize a business that treats there employees like crap, this is you go to place.
Good food reasonably priced. Pretty good service and friendly
