I ordered via ubereats and never received correct item. The receipt on food bag shows completely wrong item list, although has my name on it. STRANGE THING
I went to Wendy's in Revere and I went through the drive-through.I was in the mood for a ice cream or somethingIt was very simple and one great thing I was very thirsty and I asked the girl for a large ice water and she gave me a big cup of lots of ice and water I thought that was very nice
Always a great stop for a quick bite. Went inside due to a long line at drive thru, glad I did. Fully renovated nice and relaxing place to dine.
Not sure if it was a new employee, or system difficulties, but service was slow. Nothing special or extremely bad about the place. If I had to, I'd return.
One of my favorite chicken sandwiches but I feel quality has dropped with it as the chicken breast was always thicker the flavor is still there especiallywith the spicy one, now if they could add habrineros to it! Good option for fast food.
Wendy's is the highest quality fast food in existence, but the one on Squire rd.in Revere is absolutely beautiful. Eating area is spotless, customer service UNBELIEVABLE.THE BEST PART IS DESERT," FROSTYS", DO I NEED TO SAY ANY MORE?
I like the lunch options, but the breakfast... needs more options, I love the ham in my sandwich.

Was picking up an Uber Eats delivery here and the treatment is deplorable. I get they were low staffed but I was an MIT for Wendy’s before, and most restaurants don’t care about low staff, if two people are there then you open and you work with a decent attitude. They didn’t have my order on the shelf and wouldn’t remake it so I had to notify the customer that someone may have taken the order so they’d have to call the store directly. The cashier and the “manager” are both Hispanic women. I don’t understand why they were working the front when most of my communication to both of them involved me reading nonverbal queues. Along with getting dismissive attitudes! A second driver came in and was having conversation in Spanish with the manager and got TWO orders that weren’t on the shelf. I interjected to say I hadn’t received mine and the manager looked at me and turned her head back to the man and kept talking. Then she proceeded to cash out a drawer and walked to the back. The cashier also ignored me. These companies just hire people while wearing a blind fold. And stop hiring your friends and family and people you feel sorry for. They take a check home every week and come right back to work and disrespect customers ON TOP OF not doing their job correctly. Stop wasting labor!!!
Very disappointed have been have Ben patron 40 plus years And never have I been served Bad meat As I was served this Thursday. Very SAD.
