Very clean and awesome staff. The woman named NELFI on the drive thru this Friday night was awesome. Definitely the management company needs to recognize her. Great disposition and patient. Definitely a asset to this store. Thank You Wendy's.
Decent Wendy's. They usually get the order right and it's reasonably tasty. They occasionally have an issue with getting the orders out quickly, but not terrible overall. Where I deduct a couple of stars is for their ability to keep their posted hours- I have stopped by the drive through on several occasions within the past few months, and despite being there a few hours before their posted closing time, they either informed me they were closed or flat out refused to acknowledge I was in the drive through. If you really want to close at 9 pm, you should update your posted hours...
The food here was pretty decent.Staff is clearly unhappy to be there but they did an excellent job and the order was accurate.Cleanliness is alright. Nothing too dirty but nothing too clean either.It's your basic Wendy's.Glad they offer hand sanitizer though.
The hours everywhere said 2AM, arrived in the drive through at 1045PM, sat without a response until 1055PM, drove up, and no one was there.Not the first time we had sat that long without a response with people actually working, before you ask.Late night drive through is rough, but understandable; no one working during posted hours is fixable. Post different hours.
The manager spit on my nuggets and my kid was the one to see it I want her removed asap I'll be taking her to court actions against her and the Wendy's where she employed at
This restaurant is dirty. The dining room is dirty. They don't clean the tables between customers so you get crumbs and spilled soda waiting for you when you sit down.
Keep giving me the wrong order. I get very frustrated about this, because I go through drive thru and I got to drive back. I feel they should give your order free when make these kinder mistakes.
Manager was upset I asked for ketchup.. like you could’ve just put it in the bag what am I supposed to dip my over salty fries in my non melted cheese burger. For real drop the attitude of you hate your job then change careers it’s not the customers fault you have to work there and if you can put napkins in a bag you can put a couple ketchups. I just want to add the teen girl that was working the drive threw window taking the money you did fine and you’ll find a better career soon enough just hang on I can tell your manager heckles you for no reason because she is mad at the world.
Every time I eat here, I'm on the toilet the whole next day. No joke ! And I love their spicy chicken sandwich, I swear by it. Just not at this location. I'd like to see the kitchen, because I'm a line cook and I know how dirty things can get especially during rush hour.
DO NOT EAT AT THIS LOCATION. The workers here have a sanitation problem. I just saw this worker dig her nose and grab the fries with her bare hands..no gloves. Then she gave me the wrong bag and gave it in my rear view mirror she handed the same bag to the car behind me (after I searched the bag to check).With COVID-19 going on you would expect to see them wear gloves and give the proper bag to the right customer.
