Only very few left in the world. Deep dish pizza. They used to have a variety of combinations, I guess the Pandemic made them reduce to about 8 choices. The small pizza is good enough for one hungry man, and always has been. I am not a beer drinker, the barmaid served me a couple of ounces to try, she sold me! ... Guys, don't let this chain die!
After many years being a regular customer eating one of my favorite dishes the Chicken Spinoccoli,,, I have to share how bad it was my experience last night at the Revere location. Starting with the long wait to be seated almost 25 minutes. I have to clarify that I understand that many places are under staff and yes I work in one of those places that we still hiring so is completely understandable. Finally we got sat in one table near the bar. We had to wait around 15 more minutes for the drinks order so when the server arrived we decided to order everything at once, drinks, appetizer and dinner. After 20 more minutes the drinks arrived, then the appetizer with NO plates. The server disappear and then 20 minutes later the food arrived in the "manager hands". We asked him what was going on and he just flipped on us, giving excuses about being under staff and ask us to apply for a job there and tell people to come and apply for a job very nasty and rude. I told him that I am a Chef and I have to deal with working under staff every day and I never have to give excuses to our guest or customers so there is no reason for that and he never apologized and just walked away. I could just leave but I didn't because we were starving and almost passing out so we just finished our meals , paid and left the restaurant and thew manager never went back to the table even when we ask the server to call him back, so we just left. Now I understand why so many places are closing for good because of this kind of situation that makes business FAIL.... shame!!
This review is solely based on the pickup experience thru Uber Eats. I ordered online after checking in at a nearby hotel after 10 pm—the restaurant closes at 11 pm. The food was delivered in appropriate time by the manager who was courteous as much as possible. Our order was ok. The chicken could have been more seasoned. Pasta was excellent though.

I dine in here regular for after-church meetings. We have a $15 cal and it’s tough to find something I like within that range - i.e. foods expensive. Marinera sauce has a but if a weird after taste to me and my chicken was sooo dry. The place is good and the staff is great, I wouldn’t go here just to go here though.
The 3 stars are for the good food. They would get more if the waitresses was doing her job. Waited 10 minutes before she came for the drink (at least 8 people in the area). Didn't remove appetizers plates when bringing main diner. She was smiling and was agreeable as a chicken ready to be killed. If you don't like your job, quit!
Terrible experience... They kept me waiting for my food for 50+ minutes just because it was paid through a meal coupon given by my employer, while people paying for their own food got a quick service. This is just wrong and treating us crew members like we're eating for free is a terrible way to treat your customers. My employer pays for my flights, but the flight crew never treats me differently than the rest of the passengers.
Intentionally made me wait 50+ minutes for a lousy pizza. The reason: the pizza was paid for by my employer through a meal coupon. People who walked in 30 minutes after me got their service with any problem. This was very insulting and unacceptable behaviour by the staff. How do they sleep at night?
I brought 9 Forestdale Park Assisted Living residents to the Revere Pizzeria Uno 0n National Deep Dish Pizza Day , 4/5/22 and I cant say enough about the service. The waitress was very accommodating with our request of 9 separate checks and the manager was very personable , coming out to talk with us. We would definitely come back .
We stayed at the Four Points Sheraton/Revere next door to Unos and walked over. Both my husband and I were Fla SO pleasantly surprised at both the food and service at this Unos. We went there by default, because of the proximity to the Park and Ride….but WOW. The service e was excellent and the food was very well prepared. During this time where people are complaining about service and quality - I just couldn’t believe that we lucked out with a great meal here. My hub had steak with chimichurri and I had Mediterranean chicken. He had double broccoli and I had roasted veggies. Both dishes slam dunk. Kudos to the chef/cooks and servers there. We have eaten all over the world and WILL be making a special trip down from NH to go again. I wish we had taken pictures to post - but was acing all the food pics for Mama Fish in Maui. The Sheraton is lucky to be next door where I’m sure a lot of Park and Ride customers go. Unos don’t lose the personnel that worked on March 3, 2022!!!!!!!
