This taco bell consistently: incorrectly prepares mobile orders, forgets to put any sauce/condiments requested, is a madhouse in terms of # of people waiting to be serviced at drive thru (long lines and people frequently trying to "cut in). In fact, my order was prepared wrong so many times with rude customer assistance I contacted corporate once. The next day the manager of this taco bell called me, not to offer me anything for the numerous wrongly prepared orders I had documented, but to yell at me and ask me why I contacted corporate instead of "just getting it fixed at the store". If I eat here, it's late and the only viable option, and I regret it almost every single time. If it weren't for that toasted cheddar chalupa being back and them being the only local taco bell, they wouldn't be getting my business. Proceed with caution.
Been here over 20 minutes waiting after they told me they couldn’t take my order thru drive thru. Waist of time staff is incompetent
Don’t dine there they take forever here, go somewhere else. They cater to the drive thru and Uber eats and apps like that. We waited like 40 mins for our food that’s ridiculous for a Taco Bell. Way too long man.
I worked here for a couple months and I hated it so much. I found hair in my food multiple times when I would order food on my break and staff were always rude to me all the time. I honestly don't know why the place hasn't been shutdown.
Got food poisoning from this place on 3/23/22.Ordered the cravings box and later in the evening had severe nausea, headache, abdominal cramps and puked my life away. You’d think the food would be fresh considering the head honchos were touring the place. I wonder if the employees know proper hot/cold handling temps or keep proper labels on product with use by dates. Taco Bell Revere PLEASE GET IT TOGETHER!!
I ordered supreme chicken burido instead they gave bean burido so bad throw it in the trash. Very inexperience people working there. I Better go McDonald next time it's close to it.
Taco Bell revere is the worse, these workers are horrible. Everytime the burrito looks like a taco and just taste awful, the fries are not even cooked all the way through. This is not the first time with this location and only happens at this location. Will never be going here again so had to make sure to post the food before throwing it away. The Taco Bell in Everett is way better.
Upon arrival into the restaurant, I use the bathroom, flush not properly working, also went to register a woman saw me did not greet me nor take my order she gave other patrons their order and turned to a woman in the back and someone from the back started to come to the front counter after standing for about 5 minutes I left if you can go to any other Taco Bell.do so!!!! the customer service should be greater than what I just experienced
If you drive for DoorDash/Uber eats/Grubhub they make you wait for the food but will get other peoples orders together before a pickup order. We get told the food isn’t ready and to wait for it while they prepare and hand out food to other people that were behind in the line. Our orders are timed and need to be delivered by a specific time and having to wait for the food doesn’t help.
Lately, they haven’t been putting sour cream in my tacos. This has happened several times and I’m getting tired of this!
