It was 5:55 pm , 7/18/22 no service at all,!!!Look at the main door,"we will be closed 6pm"
Ate and drank here everyday during my stay at Marriott! Wonderful staff! Very clean and efficient! Will be back!
Today I walked by this newly opened Starbucks location and was surprised to see a small window open. I was thinking maybe I can grab coffee without having to leave my small teacup dog outside because I was also traveling with the stroller with my infant baby.I stepped at the window and the employee by the name of Jay met me there and said that it is mobile order only.I said oh ok, and said I can’t go in with a dog right ? He said no, so then I kindly asked if it was possible to make an exception seeing that the store was empty , and that way I didn’t have to leave the small dog out with my belongings and remove my infant from the stroller.Jay responded in a very rude manner by saying no that he wasn’t getting paid for that…. But if I paid him extra that he basically would. I said, excuse me? You work here, what do you mean you are not getting paid ? He basically asked me to pay him extra for the simple courtesy request.I said no problem I’ll walk in, left my dog outside attached to the stroller because he is super small and couldn’t detach him from the stroller and leave him lik that and walked in carrying my infant.I walked in thinking I was going to be met by someone with more education and went ahead and placed the order. This person was Josue who actually refused to take my order because according to him I was rude to Jay, when it was the other way around. I don’t even know why I bothered to go in.I couldn’t believe the lack of customer service, and clearly was not going to fight over a cup of coffee .I live right on the beach and just really disappointed that I was met in such a rude manner. I am not sure if upper management is aware the staff is asking for extra money on the side just to extend courtesy to a mother that simply wanted to order a coffee without having to go through all the risks of leaving a small dog outside unattended.Hope you take this into consideration and investigate what’s really taking place in your store. The staff here didn’t seem to be interested in working and were just attentive to their phone.
Very bad service. Not getting what I asked for Twice!! Rude stuff not showing interest or paying attention what you say exactly. So annoying
Amazing place, right in front of the ocean and with the most welcoming staff I have met! I have been there a few times and Julian already remembers my go-to drink! Also very spacious and with outlets perfect for just hanging out and working!!
The service was amazing. Best coffee I’ve had in awhile. The manager was very helpful and attentive. The ice caramel lattes are phenomenal. 10/10 recommend
My coffee was made perfectly and efficiently. Staff were super friendly and the manager was super attentive. Definitely going to be making this my regular coffee shop.
The service was incredible at this location. Michele the manager was super nice and cheerful, Kiara made my super complicated order spot on, my coffee was perfect. Highly recommend 10/10 will def be coming here from now on
