This is the worst place to order from I order my food at 6:22 pm and it was a delivery it was 8:22 pm and nothing I personally went to see what was going on when I got there they could not find my order really bad service.

If I could give less than one star I would. I ordered through Uber Eats, and realized immediately that I miss ordered the toppings, and Ordered a cheese when I meant to do meat lovers. I realized they accepted it so fast I couldn't change it. So first thing i did was call the store so they could change the toppings and charge me the extra. I was told by the manager Medhi that they could not change at all any orders that went through Uber eats. So I started going through Uber Eats fairly quickly. come to find out they had no problem with changing orders especially just items put in the things ordered. So I called back I was informed by Medhi that he was informed by his bosses that he could not do it even if it is just toppings. Which I think is ridiculous because what if someone was allergic and someone forgot to mention that but regardless, I contacted Uber Eats and informed them of the issue and they canceled the order free of charge due to the issues with this establishment. I will not be ordering from this or any Pizza Hut till this issue is rectified, and will encourage others to do the same. This is a health hazard, along with poor customer service.

The people that work at this location are some of the most professional, polite, and hardworking employees a company would want. I hope Pizza Hut is taking care of them.

Terrible services burnt pizza and 1/2 hour

Always fresh! The service is fast enough. They don't allow more than 3 people inside the restaurant because of Covid, and I liked this regulation because the place is so small. The ordering process is easy and they provide everything you ask for; napkins, forks, cups, and plates. Everytime I go, I see different people working, though.

Never disappointed. Love their curbside touch less delivery....

My wife loves Pizza Hut but there are so few options of locations to go too and they are far and few. I drive nearly 25 minutes to get to this location. I order from there maybe once every 3 months. Within last year they have made mistakes on 2 orders. It is quite frustrating because when I call to complain they ask me to drive back to get correct order. It's partly my fault for not checking the order at the restaurant but I feel like it shouldn't be hard to get a order correct.

Worst customer experience ever. I have Covid and can’t leave my apartment and they just left me hanging for hours. Manager said it was my fault. Just shop local!

Every time I call back they either hang up or put me on hold and don’t pick up back to back and it was 3 workers. First time I call and gave them my location they hang up, second time I called explaining that someone hang up on me and I gave them my my name, number and location they put me on hold for almost 10 mins, last time I called again I explained again and told them I know what they were doing they put me on hold. I understand that maybe I’m at the airport you may not do deliveries here or maybe in 15 mins you will close but atleast you can tell me instead of hanging up or putting me on hold while I’m in the middle of talking to you all by different individuals. They didn’t even ask me what I wanted to order.I’ll call back dominoes and atleast I know they’ll deliver me my food and give me feedback before hanging up on me.

Ordered delivery from this location, order was wrong and pizza arrived cold after an hour.I specifically ordered garlic sauce and blue cheese sauce, instead I got two boxes of grated cheese what do you even do with grated cheese? now I’m looking in my fridge trying to see what I can use for sauce instead.The wings do not have any sauce on them as well. Not amazing. Not professional. Do not recommend. Attached is a photo of my order.Worse thing is I prepaid a tip to the driver. If you order from here pay your tip in cash. Pre-paying tip is a good way to guarantee bad service.
