I was so mad when I placed an order at Pizza Hut at 9:45pm online.. then drove 7 minutes from work to pick it up- and they never made it! They said they were closed!! So I went to pizza days- the staff was SO NICE. The cashier was so grateful for a $10 tip & brought my order to my car. The food was good- fresh. And a lot of variety.
I paid for a pizza and it never got delivered I call and ask for the owner and I supposedly get him but the person on the phone is telling me that I paid cash when indeed I paid with my card and I have it here for proof he then gets upset and hangs up the phone on me I call back I offer to send it to him in text form he then hangs up again I wouldn’t recommend this place it’s a complete zero stars for customer service
I have been ordering from them almost 4 years I called to complain about 2 subs neither were good asked for xtra meat and xtra cheese nottttttttt Mayo and ketchup lettuce and fried onions nottttttt the lady answers and laughs ask for manager he told me I always complain never once have I they won’t get my business ever again tell my guest don’t order either ripped up all their menus no more business from here
Had slices once not bad not great! Went recently! They said no slices.! Oh well !
My boyfriend and I order a steak and cheese sub, fries, and 2 20 oz ginger ale. First it took more than 45 minutes to be delivered when it arrived the total bill came to $32. Now the fries were in a pizza box they were not covered with tin foil or anything not only that but they were cooked in an oven half of them were not even cooked thoroughly the other ones were burnt not to mention freezing cold. The steak and cheese sub I don't even know what to say about that I couldn't even tell if it was really stake and they had so much mozzarella on it that it was horrifying and that was also cold. I called them today to speak with somebody about what happened when I asked to speak with a manager or a supervisor I was told to call back I called back and again asked to speak with a manager or supervisor and I was asked why when I went to explain to the gentleman what had happened last night he hung up on me I tried to call back and they would not answer my calls this was the worst experience I've ever had with food and with service of any kind this place is horrible.
Granddaughter and her friends ordered a pizza from there on Uber eats. They ordered it at 5pm. 6pm it is still not here. When her friend called she asked if it could be warmed up so when they got it, it wouldn't be cold. Whoever answered the phone, was rude and hung up in her. My granddaughter then called too and he was increasingly rude and told her what she was asking g was ridiculous. Hung up on her. Next time, he threatened to call the police and give them her phone number. Not sure how their pizza will be, but I certainly wouldn't order from them.
I just ordered a Lg pizza half cheese and half Hawaiian which was only 14” so small and really expensive, it wasn’t even half and half was bigger size on the cheese. REALLY EXPENSIVE!!
Absolutely disgusting.... I ordered a Greek salad with chicken. The chicken looked and felt like croutons. The mozzarella sticks where not cooked and the steak and cheese was burnt including the bread. It was like a hockey puck.
I never do reviews but this place was so bad, I would give zero stars if I could. Mozzarella sticks were under cooked, the Buffalo chicken sub came with burnt bread and the Buffalo sauce didn’t even taste like Buffalo. the chicken parm calzone was under cooked, had barely any chicken and the cheese was barely melted. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! It’s an absolute waste of money.
I guess i was lucky pizza was pretty good will order more in the future thank you guys
