Papa Jacks is the best pizza! It's a family-owned business that offers friendly customer service and delicious food! A must try if you are in Revere. Their classic, Margarita pizza is absolutely delicious!

If I can give it a 0 I would WORST customer service ever. I called in a order at 11:27 they said “ok 30 minutes” cool I waited I see. The clock at 12:11 and called to see what was taking to long because it’s 30 minutes. They said in one minute the driver will come. Nothing …. So I called back at 12:17 to cancel my order because I had to go to work and ALBINA rudely said that although I hadn’t received my food I can’t get a refund (basically stealing) I asked her (so I can’t get my refund back for food I never received or ate? ) she said it doesn’t work that way so I had asked her if I had to call the police in order to get my refund back and she said call them and the White House and that she didn’t care although on their page nor anywhere do I see any “refund policy” at this point it’s not about the food anymore it’s more about how this unprofessional business acts when it comes down to refunding a customers money of a error they made . Why tell the customer 30 minutes if it’s more like a hour. She doesn’t care about the business nor its reputation nor their customers it’s CLEAR ! I used to like Papa jacks but honestly don’t WASTE your money here . Go else where because it doesn’t matter how much you order from there if they do something wrong or your order never gets received THEY WONT REFUND YOU FOR FOOD YOU NEVER RECEIVED OR ATE . She said “You won’t get your money back , it doesn’t work that way” so MS.ALBINA how does it work ? You can go around taking peoples money and people should be ok with that ? Go somewhere please and learn how to be more professional and actually know about the rights . If I pay for something and I don’t receive anything that’s called a theft . :)

I'm not sure they even cooked the pizza...they also forgot the sauce and cheese on my cheese pizza.
I asked for extra sauce on my pizza and did not receive it. But I still thought the pizza was good. Not your nasty Greek pizza. More like papa Gino's old school pizza in the 90s when it was actually good. Thin crust and foldable. I got chicken fingers that were also good and I think handmade. Needed a little flavor tho so I added hot sauce. The onion rings tasted like BK. YUM !!! And the steak fries were just like any sub/pizza shop that sells steak fries. I'd go back.

I place an order and they never deliver it to me I called asking for the manager the manager seems to not care calling me a liar telling me they they call me many times nobody called me
