The birria tacos are delicious here, on the smaller side but still worth it. You get your esquite or elote corn from the truck outside

Like many other reviews say, the service is god awful. However, the food was truly incredible. The chips and salsa were delicious. The shrimp quesadilla were excellent. But you must try the black bean and cheese empanadas. Those were some of the best things I’ve ever eaten. I can look past the chaotic and dysfunctional service for the most part since the food was so good.
There were 10 of us in our group. The waiter was great! Our food was hot and you got a lot on your plate.
Dreadful service with waitress nowhere to be seen. Table not properly cleaned. Beer and wine weren't chilled. Guacamole was good but rest of the food bland and sloppy.
Muy bueno todo y muy buen servicio
Delicious and convenient street food.
Food was pretty good but the service was horribly slow. We waited almost an hour for our drinks and chips and salsa. Avoid this place unless you have a lot of time.
The food, drinks, and atmosphere are all great. What has me leaving a negative review is the management. I fully understand that restaurants are having staffing issues right now - but that should mean that the manager "manages" within current staffing constraints. That clearly didn't happen this past Saturday. For us - it meant over 90 minutes from order to food delivery. For our waitress - it meant undue stress (she had one table get up and leave after waiting too long for their food - and was clearly upset by the experience - and she lost income). I want to thank her for giving us such good and friendly service despite the conditions she was working under. Please Rosa Mexicano - If you don't have the staff to service a full restaurant - don't seat a full restaurant.
I really wanted this place to be good… ugh We were a party of 12 from our nearby office, we did a reservation for noon. The drinks came at 1pm, the orders for food were taken at 1.30pm. The food came at 2pm. Everyone was getting pretty simple food like quesadillas or enchiladas… I’m too spoiled for that (sorry my dad was a Chef duh), so I ordered shrimp parrilladas which was promised to come with charred tomatoes salsa, cheese stuffed jalapeños, pico de Galla and guacamole. Oh and frijoles borrachos. Also it had to be with cilantro chimichurri… I got my meal in 10-15 minutes after everyone else and it was just grilled 5 big shrimps with cheese stuffed jalapeños. THAT’S IT! Never mind I was hungry after all lol, had to finish the chips and guacamole we ordered on table. The dish was $26. Please get some respect for yourself and don’t go there. Oh forgot to mention - it’s very overpriced. And their $16 margaritas are really sucks.
