Uhm! Telma collected my money at the 1st window in the drive-thru and I have to say it was SO REFRESHING to finally have an employee be so respectful and nice. Her vibe is amazing. Such a sweetheart.

Do Not Order from this McDonald’s. They get something wrong on every single order if you go through any delivery apps. They also have a horrible menu that has no ice cream or shakes most of the time. The fries are ALWAYS soggy n old. You can tell it’s a bunch of employees that don’t care.
If you like egg shells in your McMuffin breakfast sandwich then come to this store. I had to throw my sandwiches out after that. I keep trying to give McDonald's a chance but they keep messing up. It's really been terrible service for the past two years. No reason for me to go back.
Tables were dirty and sticky from syrup. Couldn't understand the workers. But the coffee was great.
Food was cold the workers do not listen at the drive thru intercom and give you the complete wrong order very rude and unprofessional!!! I will come to the dirty establishment!!!!

I ordered my food threw Uber just a regular Quarter meal idk about anyone else but it don’t come with lettuce ? mayo or tomato’s I got a full refund but find it unprofessional that they do not no the ingredients to there own food they are preparing nor did they no if I had any food allergies to even be adding things on to people’s food them self I even called the store and the manager said they don’t check the food before it goes out that’s not an acceptable answer am sorry but just because I got a full refund does not replace the fact I had to wait for my food just to order more food if you can’t get an order right and your customers call you up and complain cuz they hungry and your at fault fix the problem to make the customer happy not pass the blame the whole in the service industry is to provide a great service what happened to making the customer happy and your brand as a whole you definitely don’t stand behind your brand of we love to make you smile people are struggling and work hard for there money it’s customers like me that give you business very disappointed and feel very disrespected at how that was handled your employees are making your business a liability instead of an asset this place definitely needs to train it’s employees to conduct themselves accordingly and resolve issues to making the customer happy wanting to come back remember it’s the quality of service you provide not just the food.
Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Drive-through employees are rude and are in need of a serious customer service course. They have no manners are not respectful or polite at all. They should not work in the customer service field with attitudes like that, highly disappointed
Today is Monday March 7, 2022. 3:20 pm I asked for 2 separate orders and the manager told me that it was not possible, I went and asked her why it was not possible? and he only replied that he is very busy. that was the smartest answer she gave me with a very loud tone. I think that this situation is not my problem, if they do not have enough personnel, they should hire more. very bad service. I will not return to that place, the best option is to drive to Chelsea.
