Had a great breakfast here. We were able to get seated within 5 minutes. They were busy but no delays. The waitress was attentive and friendly. Our orders came pretty quick. The 5 of us were satisfied with the quality, as well as the selection of breakfast items. Will definitely come back here. There is limited on site parking if you are going during a day where it is very busy. All in all a good start to our day.
I loved ihope always. We went there quiet late at night but we still needed to wait for a table to be prepared for us.We ordered our food, soon it was ready. We were so hungry so we ate fast. What I remember from the whole taste is, it was delicious. The portion was good for me but for my husband not. The hash brown we ordered was overcooked! The staffs were very caring and active and clean though.
Good place for a breakfast, big portiins but not the best quality.
Drove a bit to try the new protein pancakes, and they didn't disappoint at all. The pancakes were amazing and very flavorful. The service was great and I really liked the fact that they were open 24/7. The restaurant has a very weird shape but it was nice. I highly recommend coming here.
I went with my boyfriend around 10:20 PM and the night staff was phenomenal! The food was AMAZING!!! I got the Split Decision Breakfast while my S.O got a delicious breakfast burger with fries. The fries were soo tasty that I had to steal some from his! My food was fresh and delightful how breakfast food should be. Our waitress Jennifer was so sweet and a breath of fresh air!! Seeing the other waiters like Kyle you can tell they care and have amazing customer skills! The only complain I have was the booth, it was broken and uncomfortable. However, that food and customer care made up for it! If the booths get fixed this place would be a 5 piece all day.
Always busy but they do their best. Service is usually good. The only reason I gave four stars instead of five is because there were a few times where I ordered take out and they forgot the extra sauces I ordered.
I went to this location a few days ago, got seated right away. The negatives to my experience was I kept trying to order a juice I went down the line of apple juice orange juice only for the lady to say “we have NO juice” so I asked if I could please have an iced tea. She set the tea down and said “we only have raspberry” and walked away. Now it came to ordering my breakfast- I ordered strawberry & cream crepes with a side of turkey bacon. The lady was gone for a few minutes only to come back to my table and say “no crepes would you like something else?” So I ordered pancakes and my turkey bacon. A few minutes later she comes back to say “I’m sorry no turkey bacon either” at this point I was frustrated and done and said forget it I can’t eat here as they have nothing I want! Then the lady handed me a check for my drink? Why would I pay for a drink I didn’t even want& you have none of the food items I tried to order. So I explained this to the manager and walked out the front door. I understand of shortages on items but if you know you don’t have something you should make it known/post it somewhere or inform your employees to tell people before they even order. This was the most disappointing experience and I looked forward to just eating and having a good breakfast.
Came in from the cold with airport all over us. They treated us kindly and food was everything we expected from an IHOP. Service was sweet and much appreciated after long travelling and not getting where we were planning. Thank you for helping us to at least fill our bellies!
Always crowded in the morning. Waitresses are definitely overworked. I ordered the multi grain pancakes. They were not good. The texture was soft and the pancakes fell apart as you picked them up on your fork.
The service here was rather good and didn't disappoint. The waitress was kind, accommodating due to our many questions, and made great efforts to make sure we had everything we needed. I'd recommend this to anyone whose looking for nice late night meal.
