I've been here before I love this place I moved to upstate NY and fact no place like Glens and they didn't have steak and cheese left they made up for it by discount and such great people anyways more than 5 stars if I can thank you guys keep up the good work
Jr. Roast beef with mayo, BBQ, cheese and horseradish. Fries and a ginger ale. Tasty! Would recommend definitely

customer service is a 10/5.This would be my second time ever having Glens roast beef. First time phenomenal, given the distance forme i’d be back more if i could. I’m a big french fry person and i can’t get enough. The roast beef is a must have.I’m writing this review in their parking lot as i waited for my order to finish. Not once in my life have i had them bring out the order for me in the rain because of negligence on my end.Gentlemen comes out to my car and says i can’t let you know at it cold. You don’t get that type of customer service anywhere. Not only was i surprised at when he came out with my to-go order. He came out a second time bringing napkins and utensils. Definition of outstanding service.Regardless of the food the welcoming aura is all you’ll ever need.Legit 10/5 stars.
I was going to give 1 star.. your food was terrible yrs past it used to be good. I'll never eat there again. Bella's, Kelly's, Bill and Bob's ( which you used to be) and Royal roast beef are souch better then Glens. Be happy I gave 3 stars

my friend showed me this beef place, and i have to say i wont even go eat a beef anywere els ever again. cooked to perfection everytime i go and im there at least 5 days a week. Donny is a great guy always lights up a smile on your face.
