Service has gone downhill in the last 3 months. Slower service, espresso machine is often broken. Several times had to wait in store 10+ minutes for a mobile order.. when they just forgot to mention something wasn't working and what I wanted instead. Not sure what changed used to be very efficient and good quality.Don't do mobile orders here, with inconsistent stock of donuts, you often don't receive the one you ordered.
Clean and quick great staff
Takes them more than 30 minutes to make your order. Don't get anything except a cup of coffee, otherwise you'll be stuck waiting
Asked for a fresh cup of coffee and was told that some was brewing and if I'd care to wait a few minutes. Waited for it and then was given old ,stale, burnt coffee instead. Employees screwing around with customers is my guess. Avoid this store. Go to the one on Shirley Ave they're much nicer!!

Straight forward coffee and bagel sandwich service that never disappoints!
Really very friendly lady manager , however specialty coffee are not prepared to the mark or same everytime. Good spot for regular coffee but not fancy drinks
