If you can avoid going to this Dunks during the overnight shift I suggest doing so. The people who work this shift are truly one of a kind! I said Thank you so many times just trying to get them to be polite back that they must have thought I had a speech problem. When I placed my order the first thing I asked for was a bottle of soda and a medium cup of ice next a medium ice coffee, hash browns then I asked if they got my coke I asked for and lastly a English muffin. My friend and I went and sat down and waited for our food. We heard someone yell "LADIES FOODS DONE". I got up to get the food and the server tossed my bag across the counter making some of my hash browns roll across the counter top! I just looked at her in sheer shock! When I realized my coke wasn't given to me I went back up to the counter and said you didn't give me my Coke her response was I didn't charge you for it! By this point I was so aggravated and really angry at how I was treated that I just got my belongings and left the store. I planned on going next door to 7 eleven but they weren't open this early in the morning yet. So my friend said she'd go back into Dunks for me to get me my drink. She wanted to see if maybe it was just me they were having some issue with. So she went in and said Good Morning, Can I please have a Coke and a medium cup of ice to go,Thank You?! They gave her a total, oh by the way I forgot to mention I had given these women a $1 plus change tip! Where was I oh yeah they gave her the total and she said Thank You and gave them a tip as well. Neither of the 2 ladies there that waited on either of us on either occasion had enough manners to say Good Morning, Thank You, Please, Have a Nice Day NOTHING! This is the most unpleasant place to start your day at! I would highly recommend to find some other place to get coffee early in the mornings. Because this place will make you have a terrible start to your day!!
Typical Dunkin donuts. Decent service and clean. Parking lot can be very very cramped and a pain to get in and out of
An older DD..Dine in seating.No Drive thru. Nice to sit & chat,etc.Fresh donuts,good coffee.
The coffee's were made wrong, then when we told her how to make them they came out good. All these businesses are hiring anyone and not training or calling references. The parking is a hard spot to get out of.
Employees very polite. It was a little messy but nothing crazy, especially since it was busy at that moment. Ordered two iced coffees for my coworker and I, both came out perfect. And don't get me wrong, there's a big difference between "messy" and "dirty". They seed very CLEAN despite being a little unorganized in the midst of a rush, which is definitely more important in my opinion! Thanks y'all, I just started working in the area and this is where I'll be coming regularly on my breaks. :)

I’ve been coming here for years because I live a block away. Morning crew is horrible! Everyone seem so upset all the time, I get the short staff and it’s always so busy, but don’t treat a long time customer like that.Placed a mobile order, waited, someone obviously took my coffee, proceed to explain to the staff and I was ask for a receipt. Showed them my mobile receipt and was asked for the paper one. Obviously someone took my coffee and the pink mobile receipt.Staff are in such a rush, again probably due to the place being busy/short staff. At least try to understand what I was trying to explain before assuming I want a free coffee.
This is a great Dunks. I go here because the coffee ☕ is always great, the staff is always friendly and it's genuinely a good environment. I've been to Dunks all over Massachusetts and this is the best one I've been to!
Ordered on the go and they didn’t have the product I ordered, to get my money back I need to come back tomorrow… what a nice customer service!!!
The employees working this afternoon called me stupid for paying with change refused service and gave me attitude for paying with quarters and I left a tip disgusting dirty machines not clean bad attitude all around the the employee I felt with was a girl named alla bad service all around
