Don't bother ordering on-the-go before 8am lol. If you order at 5am the same lady at the front desk is incompetent doesn't get the order ready until 45 minutes after you place your order. Waste of time, late to work.

I wanted to buy a tomato pesto grilled sandwich, I got there at 8:55 pm, they close at 10. They told me they turn off the grilled early and that was the reason for them not to be able to sell it. It supposed that if they are open they should sell everything they offer on the menu. So disappointed. At the end I just got a latte. ? don’t recommend this place if you are hungry at night.

I've been to all of the dunks locations in the area over the years and this one is always one of my least favorites.The iced coffee is always bitter no matter how I order it, the drive thru can be hit or miss. I had to repeat my order 3 times, because the employee kept getting distracted and telling me to hold on, then can I take your order? Then hold on....Mind you this happened after pulling up to the speaker and not being greeted after 1 minute.Orders can usually be incorrect even though you hear the order taker repeat what you said, but then ring it in wrong.

Never have I ever experienced such a horrible customer service fire all these people and teach them how to work and learn how to hire hospitality people that actually wanna work not some people that sit here and waste time and be disrespectful doukin your disappointed alot of people giving business to people that are wasteful I will tell everyone I know my 500k followers to stop giving business to this place

This is by far the worst Dunkin location I have ever visited. Without fail I am usually waiting at the drive thru speaker for 3 minutes before any employee says anything, and it is usually “wait.” After the first time it happened, I have tested to see how long I can go, and I usually drive away after 3 minutes. And this is usually without any line outside and with minimal patronage in store.When I am able to order, my order is incorrect at least 1/3 times. And when it is correct, the cold brew is usually very bitter tasting. I don’t know if this is an issue with product, with its handling or with me, but there is consistently an issue and not just with my order, from what I’ve heard from others.I don’t visit here much anymore, maybe once a month, but since it is the most local (walkable), I give it a try. But, it never fails to disappoint. I am not sure where these issues stem from, or if they are being recognized my staff/mgmt that can provide interventions and support for their staff and hopefully bring the location back to its feet.

This is one to avoid. The place is dirty and poorly kept. My guess is that bathrooms on the MBTA are cleaner than this place. I wanted to sit and enjoy my coffee, but there were to many transient in and out. This is Revere after all. I should have known better.

Employees try management? Laughable they yell at customers especially the try women manager and id rather make folders then go there again I drank an entire coffee while waiting for my order ive tried 4 times but now the 5th time with issues and rudeness if I owned the place all but 3 would be in customer service classes deplorable!!!

Got the Magic Midnight got with a Sourdough Breakfast sandwich, delicious. Great customer service.
