Too many bad experiences here. 3 that really annoyed me. Once I came at 6:45am and was told they don’t serve breakfast sandwiches this early, Dunkin’ is literally a breakfast franchise. Another time they screwed up my mobile order and made me wait 15 minutes with literally 1 customer in store and 1 in drive thru along with zero empathy. Most recently they have hired an addict, she was making sandwiches without gloves, didn’t look the cleanest and was definitely not sober. The owners clearly do not care about running the business. Hire better people or put more of an effort to train them it’s unfair to your employees, customers, and the Dunkin’ brand of how poorly this franchise is “run”.
Horrible Customer service when going through the drive -thru. They got my order wrong and some missing items, person at window didn’t change my order and refused to give me a receipt and closed window when I asked for receipt and the blueberry muffin I originally ordered but didn’t receive. Would not recommend going here with their customer service
Only had a few donuts available... no glazed, no choc frosted, no boston creme or blueberry... only heavily sprinkled. I bought 2.. then found out they were dry & stale. Very disappointed.
This was by far my worst experience. The wait time to order was over 5 minutes long. My coffee was made wrong and then because the cover wasn't on properly ended up down my arm. I wasn't even offered napkins for the spill, I had to ask for them. Frustrating experience ?
1st time there, coffee pretty good there.
Worst place, they make you wait too long to give you a burned croissant and a coffe with no sugar and no flavor
This store is all the time close at the early morning, today it’s 5:36 and it still closed, I will never go back there
Worst customer service E V E R ! ! ! Why can’t they MULTITASK!!???? They don’t know how to work,I’ve never got my coffee RIGHT N E V E R!!! SOMETHING NEEDS TO GET DONE! If I say one coffee with hazelnut and one pumping,why tf I get them regular,this is like the 3rd time it happens ,and they take F O R E V E R to ale your order!
Terrible customer service!! I have gone to this Dunkin Donuts 4 times. 3 out of the 4 times the staff has been rude and my order has been messed up. I recommend driving right by this Dunkin' Donuts.
