I ordered at 10:19 pm and it’s now 12:33 am and I’m still waiting for 2 pizzas and 6 piece wings… DOMINOS K. PIZZA HUT > DOMINOS. how bout dem apples ?
This franchise is not meeting the standards. Pizza was ordered 'well done' and it came RAW. Regular Coke came in the form of diet to top it off.They resolved the above issue. The driver felt bad and returned 30 minutes later with a cold Cole. Things do happen and they responded appropriately and timely.
Worst domino’s experience, this isn’t up to par. Arrived when it was marked complete, wasn’t ready allegedly. Stood there for an additional 10 minutes, had to ask again, the food was sitting somewhere in the back, but cold already. Paid for additional dips, refused to provide dips or a refund, until I pressed they looked in the back, they finally provided dips. Something tasted off with the food, much lower/different quality. Wouldn’t classify it as dominos pizza
For a car side delivery order they marked it as ready and that they were bringing it out but I had to wait 10 minutes after that, then I called and they put me right on hold for a while :/ just unfortunate I guess. It’s not possible to get “free pizzas” if they just say that it’s coming out when it isn’t. I don’t really care about the free pizzas though just an observation. Hope this helps. Food still fire tho.
I read all the bad reviews, and was nervous, but I was up all night packing to move and didn’t eat, so I figured I’d give it a shot. Food showed up just as I had ordered it way before the delivery estimated time. Didn’t go to bed hungry. 5 stars!
Second time my order from here was wrong… went to pick it up this time instead of delivery because last time it was ice cold. The girls behind counter were blasting music drinking 4 Lokos and I wonder why this dominos location can’t get my order right
Whenever I order, they absolutely NEVER follow delivery instructions. You choose the contactless delivery option & they make you sign a receipt or you put very precise instructions in capital letters for them NOT to call you. They call, ring the doorbell & don’t follow instructions at all. It’s like the 10th time this has happened & will be the last time I order from here.
I ordered 7 items from the revere ma store. The order came to about $60 .When the 1st driver came he had only 3 of my items. I told him that there was suppose to be 7. He started to blame everyone in the store for the mistakes. I told the driver that this has been happening all the time now with this specific place. He then left WITH the items. I contacted the store and a woman answered. She told me that i could either get my order canceled or she can have someone bring me out my order. I was shocked at what she said. Isnt dominos a customer guarantee franchise?? I asked for the the manager and she said she was the manager. I argued with her for about 5 minutes. She finally said that she would refund my money AND give me my order. I said fine. When the second driver came he had only 4 items out of 7. AGAIN the driver started blaming everyone else. He then said he would be back with the rest of my order. Well that didn't happen. So he LIED!. I contacted the "dominos bot" . I put in my info and made sure i checked off to contact me by phone. Shocker....i got an email. Henry Askew emailed me a generic automated email saying "sorry for poor service" here is a free large pizza coupon. First off that is a slap in the face to offer that for this situation. Secondly he at no point discussed what happened. I replied that the offer was ridiculous and that he doesn't seem to care about what has been happening with his employees. He then retracted his free coupon. I told him i was going to contact corporate and include the email responses and videos of his drivers pulling with the food and thier responses. Henry Askew writes back "well all they are going to do i send it to me and I'll tell you the same thing" he then calls me unappreciated for his pathetic offer of a free large pizza. At no time will i ever go to revere dominos again. Malden is just as close. I also wrote a review on dominos facebook page about this issue. I did include the part about the emails as well.
Everytime I order car side delivery they stop the clock within 15 sec and take forever to bring me the pizza. Always like that!!!
What else do you need to know. Do your job. This place doesn't. Why would I want a dominos coupon if they can't get my order right? Also when I called to order I got somebody who didn't know the neighborhood because they were in a call centerand I could hardly understand them. Couldn't understand the driver either.
