Great friendly service.Very clean.Delicious food.Would recommend to try.
I can’t decide where to start, this place was so good!Traveling to Boston for a volleyball tournament, I searched high and low for a place that serves a variety of food to satisfy picky eaters, and could seat a large group. They were able to reserve a table for my group of 7 with short notice on a Friday evening. When I called to let them know we were stuck in traffic, we were told “no problem, take your time.”Walking in was a treat in and of itself - a warm respite from the bitter Boston winter wind with a homey, quiet atmosphere. A true “hole in the wall” in the city, it has that family-run vibe that makes you feel as though you’ve been invited to dinner by a sweet Italian grandma lovingly called Nonna. All of the staff were quick and polite, and our waiter was especially friendly and funny.I ordered the 4 cheese gnocchi and it exceeded my hopes. I can’t stop thinking about it and wish we lived closer. Everyone else also loved what they ordered. The bread that was brought to the table was still warm from the oven with that perfect crusty exterior and soft pillowy inside. Their homemade salad dressing was also delicious - one kid they should bottle and sell it, and I agree! All 7 of us had a fantastic time, and 5 even returned the following evening for another delicious meal.Thank you all for such a great experience! This group of stressed/exhausted adults and hangry/picky eaters will certainly come back next year when we return to play more volleyball!
I ordered to pick up linguine carbonara but they sent me a linguine with Alfredo sauce and some pieces of bacon and they charge me 0.25 cent's for a plastic bag my first and last time ordering from this place I'm very disappointed ☹️
Order a chicken parm sub for lunch not much of a cutlet seeing as they slice it up and it’s too thin the flavors are there but the main ingredient the chicken needs help it’s so thin the pieces are overly fried. No bueno we got to do better.
The ambiance was nice and the bread was decent. We ordered a simple grilled ceasar salad, lobster ravioli and sauted mussels. You would expect your typical italian restaurant to execute those simple dishes but that was not the case. My ceasar salad had BURNT chicken and i was quite surprised that they even brought it out still. The alfredo literally tasted like warm heavy cream, no salt no flavor and the ravioli was overcooked and tasted old. The mussels were probably the best thing we ate as it was in a spicy tomato sauce and smelled delicious, even still it wasnt all that good. Overall I do not see myself returning or reccomending this place to anyone.
Yummy selections and great wine choices
The food was really good and the service was fine. I had a steak and risotto and it was delicious, even tho I am not a fan o BBQ sauce, I ended up eating everything. The steak was really good and medium well (just as I asked).
Beware of this place. I placed an online order which I cancelled a minute after since we wanted to add additional items. I was charged $21 dollars for cancellation fee on a $29 dollar order.I tried calling and a extremely rude person, probably the owner yelled at me saying that there was nothing they could do. I won’t buy from this place again. Really bad practices, bad customer service and no ethic.
Ordered the Porcini Tortellini, Spinach Ravioli, Quattro Formaggi Gnocchi, and Chicken Risotto. Came with 4 house salads and bread.Unfortunately the Uber Eats driver was on a bicycle and spilled all 4 dishes. No fault of the restaurant, but an issue with UberEats. No stars deducted for something out of their control. All of the dishes were bland with no seasoning, the biggest factor being a lack of salt.-Porcini Tortellini was done well, however the cream sauce had 0 flavor.-Spinach Ravioli tasted store bought, wasn't cooked long enough, and a completely bland filling.-Quattro Formaggi Gnocchi's seemed to be home made, soft, and cooked well. Unfortunately, the sauce had completely congealed by the time the food was delivered, making the dish one big cake shaped like the delivery container.-Chicken Risotto lacked any seasoning in the rice or the chicken. Can be best summed up as a bland mash with no discernable flavor.-House salad dressing was a pink mixture of mostly vinegar, either too sour/bitter to be eaten, making the salad a complete waste. This restaurant may be worth visiting in person for the above mentioned dishes, however not worth ordering via delivery. While the delivery portion size was quite large, when the food doesn't taste good, it doesn't matter on the portion size.
5 star…ALL DAY LONG! Absolutely amazing service and food. We had 5 in our party and I’m telling you, everyone was beyond thrilled with their parm, chicken fettuccini with broccoli and mushrooms, spinach chicken with Angel hair and tortellini with red sauce! I could have taken a bath in that red sauce. Thank you D’Parma for showing us Texans real Italian food!
