Wait time for food was very slow and the restaurant was not very full at all. FIVE stars for the food, very delicious. Not giving 5 stars overall for waiting for the food. We ordered nachos and papusas that just took for-ev-er. Very appetizing food but it's not like we were at fine dining where the food would take longer than 30 minutes (maybe) but we will go back. Best papusas around Boston.
To be honest, I don’t know how to explain how amazing these pupusas are. I’ve had pupusas elsewhere, but everything pales in comparison. It’s always really hot, delicious and super filling. Everything is always just pure perfection. As my fiancé is Salvadorian, she’s the one who put me onto this place and I haven’t cared or wanted to try anything else. Truly the finest of the finest.
My family and I have been getting our pupusas here for YEARS, they used to be the best pupusas around when I lived in Chelsea this would be the only spot I’d ever get my pupusas from. Two years ago I moved to Lynn and still traveled 20 minutes because they were that good. Sadly I have to say they have gone down hill. $3.50 for each pupusa I didn’t mind paying it because they USED to be worth it but they have gotten cheaper and don’t even stuff it with much meat anymore. Now they are just average like any other place. They don’t even give you enough sauce and curtido. Hopefully they get better but I won’t be back for a while.
Worst Customer service and Experience. The lady answering the phone taking orders is the worst, she shouldn't be working at a place like this. I would never buy from this place ever neither recommended. She needs to go back to school and learn some manners.
The best pupusas around! I recommend trying the shrimp one because it is absolutely delicious. There are not currently doing dine-in, but they do offer pick up service. I recommend calling a little ahead of time because everything here is deliciously homemade and it takes a little longer to make.
Called @ 6:09PM to place an order of 7 pupusas and 1 horchata. My phone record tells me the call took 1 minute to make. The women who took the order told me that it would take 30 minutes for pick up. My partner and I were in Swampscott running errands and our gps said 25 minutes to Revere MA. We took our time to give them a chance to prepare our order so we wouldn’t have to wait outside. We got to the restaurant at 6:45PM or a little later. My partner went in and he asked for our order which was under my name and the women said it wasn’t ready. He followed with a question and asked approximately how much longer and she kept asking for payment and ignoring his question. He asked again and she said 30 minutes because I had just called 10 minutes ago. I wish I would post a screenshot of my call to them made at 6:09PM but it isn’t allowing me to post a picture. My boyfriend told them that their service is trash and that he’s all set because when I made that phone call my phone was on speaker. A women who was sitting on a chair who seems to be the owner responded “A pues no lo agares”, in an aggressive tone in Spanish. In English it is translated to “Don’t get it then” My point is don’t waste people’s time and most definitely don’t respond to your customers in that way or tone that’s how places go out of business or get no business. Looking at the other reviews the owner doesn’t seem to be friendly instead a witch with her attitude so women it’s time to retire.

Pupusas are ok but their costumer service is the worse.
Amazing tacos and the waitress is nice.
Delicious but no fork or napkins
