This is my 3rd time making a review on food in my life , I’m usually pretty laid back with people and very understanding, however, I have to say that tonight was one of the worse customer service I have ever had in my life. I called to make a delivery order, I’m home with my 1 year old who’s running around nd playing in the background, a woman picked up the phone I told her my order; she then asked what sides do I want I asked her what does it come with nd she listed them off super fast… I thought she had listed mozzarella sticks as a side so I told her I wanted that with Cajun fries, she started saying “speak up I can’t hear u (this strong Boston accent) so I’m talking shouting thru the phone what I wanted then she finally said the mozzarella sticks come separate it’s not a side, so I apologized nd told her I thought she had listed it when she was giving me the rundown earlier… I told her take off the mozzarella sticks and just add the Cajun fries along with regular fries… I guess because I didn’t say please when I told her to make the switch she then yelled thru the phone “yes please” at this point I told her I just wanna order my food and go attend to my baby who’s running around… While I was talking she said let me put u on hold for a sec, was on hold for 6 mins so I hung up nd called back. She repeated my order nd said I got it, so I asked her why is she being so rude to me she then says I have no manners lolz… At this point I’m losing my appetite because all I wanted was to make my order real quick just so I can go to my baby who’s making a mess in the house… I asked her if I could speak to her manager she then said he’s not there, I asked her what was her name because at this point she was ridiculously rude to me, she yelled in the back home “ur not getting my name” nd then she hung up! So I called back to see if my order was confirmed nd she said ur not getting anything from me. I was so shocked! Killed my appetite!!!! I know this is an isolated case because I have always had good customer service here nd this review is only pertaining to this one woman.
Horrible experience food wasn’t what we expected to be steak and cheese in a foam container who does that?steak fries? Potatoes wedges ?
Honestly the fries aren't bad if you ever get them before your food's cold they don't know how to portion and they don't know how to keep separate allergies on their grill poor service and uncleanly-ness watch my food put down and leaned up against multiple things that could have easily been very dirty from the floor or wherever they were put watched a sandwich lean up against the bottom of a Franks red hot bottle that they pulled out from a cupboard when's the last time they cleaned that covered or the bottom of that jug of hot sauce
Wanted to try their pizza but didn't like their crust! Tasted weird

Called and asked for grilled chicken tenders. I was speaking to a female manager. She told me they wouldn't taste good? What do you mean they won't taste good? You cut them up and season them appropriately then cook them to order. How hard is that???? She fought me for about 10 minutes and I said have a good night and hung up. NEVER GOING BACK!!!!!!!!
Pizza is really good, but even with ordering online for a specific time you still wait .

OMG I ABSOLUTELY LOVE WINDY CITY ??❣️❣️. THE FOOD IS ALWAYS FRESH, THE SERVICE AND PRICES ARE GREAT❣️??. I have been going there since they were in Dorchester and now I go to their Quincy location. I am still a faithful customer, and I highly recommend that you try it!!
Best place in Quincy for buffalo chicken tenders, steak and cheese, & pizza. Whenever I order out I call them.
