The absolute slowest “fast food” ever. The lines inside and outside never move fast. Employees are rude. i wish they’d replace it with a chick fil a already….
Worst Wendy's ever. Nothing worked or tasted right. The little manager lady has quite an attitude. Slammed my drinks down because I told her the soda machines didn't work or have ice which they didn't. Dirty gross place to eat or sell "food".
Hemm is Wendy, I love Wendy but this store is just horrible, the ice machine is not working. And there is no ice for my drink! And the bugs are everywhere and the table are very sticky. Won’t come back to this location again! But Wendy is great
Horrible service. Pulled into parking lot and it was empty. Went inside and no one in the dining room or in line. Walked up to the counter and stood there for approximately 7 mins as the staff walked around working on Uber eats orders. Then after the 7 mins they then asked me to go place my own order at the kiosk. I then waited 10 mins for my order. Then tried to get my drink and there was no ice and the coke was out. Long story short I will never stop here again.
Their take out is super slow. I go there sometimes 4 times a day picking up orders and never are they ready when I get there, as a matter of fact they're not even started yet.
Employee at Wendy’s 520 southern arther Quincy MA needs to be more professional I would not recommend anyone to there at midnight so manager, employees are not friendly at all they are using the F word to greet you.
This Wendy’s is the slowest location or any fast food restaurant ever. I don’t know what happened to it, if it’s a worker shortage or what. The food is always cold or off tasting. Maybe pay employees more so you have more workers who feel like they can care about their job. I write this while I’ve been sitting in the drive through for 20 minutes for the 4th time. Don’t blame the workers, for barely any money I wouldn’t give a hoot either.
Just went through the drive through at this location and the customer in front of me was a complete handful. The staff were ALL extremely professional, kind and organized in their handling of the situation, I was impressed. Young kids holding it down. Well done. Also my meal was great.
Placed an order and did not get what I asked for. The double stacks were regular cheeseburgers. I had multiple orders of chicken nuggets to which they didn't send me the sauce I requested. What is the point of fast food if the orders are always messed up. Then I have to go back to the window or park and go in, so convenience is no longer
I went to the drive thru to get my order but they messed it up so I went back to the drive thru and had to wait a extra 20 minutes just to get the right order but when I looked in the bag it was still messed up. Do not recommend
