We ordered a drink last night which was good and no complaints with that. But we also wanted to order the eggpuffs and the staff was pretty rude and said they were not taking any eggpuff orders at that time. But we could clearly see that they were making them. So when I asked them they were really rude and said they were making online orders. What is the logic of completing the online orders and neglecting the paying customers who are at the store?Sad that their drink was nice but will never go there again because of the staff.
It is a perfect pick me up-- I always get the popcorn chicken with my little sister, it is moist, tender, and crispy. Delicious. For my main go-to I get the ramen bowls.The milk teas are pretty decent-- and have a variety of toppings. The food is definitely better, but while you're there you might as well get a milk tea or a slush/juice when the heat wave kicks in.

Ordered egg puffs and ice cream, waited over 25 minutes and they kept saying 5 more minutes every time I asked. Ended up asking for a refund because it still wasn’t ready. Terrible service and communication about how long it would take. Wasted our time
Their drinks are good but now they raised the price very high, same as other boba stores. I would go somewhere else to have better drinks and get better served.I don’t agree with how they work on their reward stamp policy. You have to buy 10 transactions in order to get 1 free drink. Last 2 years they let everyone pick any drink including specialty. Then last year they limit, only regular drink, you can’t pick drink in specialty section. And now they change again, you can only get cheapest free drink if your transaction has larger or more expensive drinks.This is not fair. Customers spend lots of money to get 10 stamps to get 1 free drink. They didn’t just get a free drink out of nowhere. Now they treat customers like a drink thief or a begger.
I order from here every chance i get, Their Classic Milk Tea is one of my stables to get if im in the area.their Snacking food, Popcorn Chicken , Egg Waffles are Amazingggg. Ordering online does tends to become an issues, There are wait times.I love I can control sugar level and Ice Level and they actually do them very nicely.My BFF cant have a lot of sugar so I usually do 70% so its not as heavy and She loves it compared to other franchises she goes to due to conveince.
I enjoy some of their menu items but concerned about the menu prices. It seems that the prices increase all the time. The menus that are shown online or on their windows are always lower than the prices on the screen inside the restaurant.
They took my order over the phone. I came in and everything was ready, hot, amazing, tasty. The chicken is so tender and delicious! I don't know where they get the meat, but I can't get tired of it! After all these years, consistent!
Their drinks were always OK at best. Only went to them cause of nostalgia and cause at the time Moge didn't open up yet. The straw that broke my back was when they gave me straight milk with boba when I ordered something different. I stopped going after. Moge and the other boba place near them on the same street are pretty good.
Good bubble tea whether hot or cold. Get half sugar with less ice if cold. Def get some popcorn chicken! Try them all! 4/5
